I ordered the breakfast burrito this morning and I was very disappointed. There was barely any egg and cheese and the bacon was overcooked. Come on now, Sonic is better then this. I was pretty much eating a large tortilla... I hope the next one is better.....

If I could leave no stars I would I waited 20 minutes before anybody verbally answered the button although I had already ordered on the app since I was waiting so long. They're busy, not a big deal but then I wait almost 20 minutes after they tell me my food is coming before calling the store and I hear her say 'Hunter take out 18s food.' I was at that store for an hour! Not impressed. I work in the food business. Acknowledge your customers. I wasn't rude at all but this is what your job is, we order food you bring it out. Simple. Won't be going back guys, sorry. Can ya guess that the food is cold? ??

This is the very worst Sonic ever. I have waited over 20 mins for just a drink there (when not even busy) before. Never order anything with any kind of modification because there’s obviously no one reading orders or checking them when bagging before taking them out to the customer.Why do people order Sonic? Because they’re in a hurry and hungry. Don’t waste your time or money at this location… you’ll end up waiting an extensive amount of time for something you’ll end up decorating the road with, $12 less money in your pocket, and still be hungry.This is far below normal Sonic standards and would be a great location for a regional manager to dedicate a few weeks at.

Service was fine, but food was underwhelming. Pretzels looked and tasted like they'd been sitting on a warmer for a while, and the hot dogs were cool. Not just cooled off after the car ride home, but cool to the touch like they had barely been heated up.

This will be the last time I order from sonic. The customer service was trash, I ordered my food online and arrived on time for my scheduled pickup. I waited an extra 30mins before calling them because they never brought my order out. When I received my order it was cold and the bread was hard! Waste of my time and money Smh. Needless to say I won’t be returning and I will be encouraging others to not go here!

2 complaints. #1 went on Sunday. Ordered a Super sonic cheese burger meal. No pickle, no tomatoes, no mayo. Large fries and drink. Snickers blast. The burger was wrong. Fries was a small and they were overcooked and cold. Let them know the burger was wrong. They “remade” it. Sent back a single burger that was burnt and cold. $17 bucks. Only thing good was the Blast and the cherry limeade. I just left. Gave my food to my husband and went some where else. Problem #2 called to discuss a situation with the manager on duty that nothing to do with food. He was very rude and disrespectful. Cut me off and was dismissive. Is this the type of people you hire? Do better.

Places my order thru app at 3:44 drove up to the stall, checked in everything was going like it should. Screen showed they was bringing my food out a few minutes later.. I waited and waited. Finally pushed button to ask where my food was been waiting at this point for 20 min. They came out asked what I ordered had to wait another 10 min for my food. Did give me a few coupons for next time, but when I finally opened my burger was burnt and gross. I give up on sonic. Had bad service at another regular sonic I use to go to so decided to go out of my way to try another location. Not again.
