I come here a lot to get a Dr Pepper, and usually the service is amazing and the workers are awesome and fast, but the past 6 times I've been here I've gotten the wrong drink. I don't really know why this happens. I try not to get frustrated because I know what fast food is like but it's becoming difficult. :( I hope it changes!!

Sonic seemed super short staffed but everyone I saw continued to still have a positive attitude. Rebecca (I think that’s her name) & Tara were super bubbly and kind even though you could tell they were slammed.

This use to be great and never had an issue but the last few times I have come I always gotta go back and have them fix my order or the drinks are terrible. It may be under new management or something but now it sucks!!
I ordered a shake from this location and received nothing but a cup of whipped cream. I contacted management via the app and their solution was to give me a free shake with another purchase. Why should I have to purchase something new to get what I originally purchased? And when I asked that it was completely ignored. Unless you want a cup full of whipped cream instead of a shake, I would avoid this location.

I like this particular Sonic for exactly what it is. It's supposed to be fast food and it's located off of busy 21st Street. I'm not expecting a gourmet feast with fancy ambiance here LOL. The servers and cashier have always been nice to me and mine and my children enjoy the food well enough. The only negative is that there's always at least four+ order screens in the stalls that aren't working. On a busy night that can get a little annoying but it's survivable and fine. We like our local Sonic.

Wow so amazing had a online order came out within minutes what a great location . So much better the the sonic on 37th woodlawn. I would recommend this sonics

I ordered two eclipse slush floats at this location but when I found out they sold out of the glasses, I declined the floats as well and they said to call their number for a refund. More than a month later, I still haven't received my refund. So I call back and they woman on the phone said I received it, so I emailed them my bank statement. They said I would get two free milkshakes for free which I used but overall, didn't get my refund. Just be wary of what you buy there, you might need to fight them for stupid issues.
