Pulled into a stall to order was told we are short staffed please go through the drive through. Asked for a drink tray for my drinks didn't get one. Also how am i supposed to drink my drink without a straw. If you are that short staffed close for the day

Waited 25 minutes to get cold and poorly made food. I have been a couple of times and each time the drive in screens doesn't work. To compensate for the wait I was given an expired slushy coupon that expired 3 years ago.

Wanted a quick tea, went during half price drink hours. They never asked the size, quickly threw me through the drive through. I got my drink and it was a small with 3/4 to the top ice. What a rip off!

20 minutes to get 3 drinks when there were a grand total of 3 other cars. 1 person seemed to be working while at least 2 others were on break (I am assuming they were on break because I didn't see them do anything for that 20 minutes). The amount of wait time is ridiculous for such a small order. I hope that eventually the negative reviews will be able to have some impact at this location and improve the service.

Ordered a $3.50 Natural Lemonade. Three straw sips in, I hit air. It was completely packed with ice. The cup probably cost them more than the lemonade they served in my drink. The pic is after 20 minutes of melting.

Went through the Drive Through yesterday around noon. I ordered some Chili Cheese Tots and got pretty horrible food poisoning. My girlfriend got the fried pickle spears and did not get food poisoning. Hopefully no one else got sick from either the tater tots or chili.
