Ordered a burrito on Sunday 9/22 at about 9am. The cashier was horribly rude, the food was cold like they did even bother to pop it in a microwave. Being pregnant, now I’m worried I may get sick from just taking two bites of this sad excuse for a burrito.
I pressed the button again to let them know it was ice cold. The same rude lady from before answers very inconvenienced “yes?”. I told them I don’t want them to remake it because I’m worried they’ll make it bad again. Honestly I was worried they’d spit in my food. I didn’t want a refund.

The app really needs fixed! It’s so frustrating that some days it works others it’s impossible. I’ve tried calling in and they can’t see anything wrong. Sucks! The food was good and fresh, the new wavy fries are addicting! Love their drinks and how we can customize them. So yummy!! Just fix your app!!

At least ten cars pulled in while I was waiting, ordered, & received their drinks. Spoke to an employee about my delayed drink and still never received it.
