Food is fine. Don't come here after 7pm though. Its like they don't employ anybody after that time....why are you even open late.

Every time you order something specific they mess it up, for the first time I called up there and the manager tried to be rude and catty. Saying I was being loud with her sis how I just got discharged from surgery two days ago I don’t even have the energy to be loud? Maybe make sure your employees can do their job before you pop off at your customers. Really sucks that customer service lacks in all facets in a city when the younger generations are expected to act like they have common decent, respect, or couth. If you’re going to be rude and talk over people expect people to meet you at your level of maturity. Goofy behavior.

Some of the people are wonderful, but it is the closest to my home and I am so tired of getting drinks made wrong, missing ingredients, and still getting charged for them. I can honestly say, I have NEVER had a bad drink at Pawnee and meridian and West maple. I buy drinks EVERY night, but never again from them. CONSISTENT!!!

The young lady at the window around 9pm was very polite and pleasant. Had a Beautiful smile and vibe. Made our short stop sweeter ☺️

Order a new Blueberry lavender lemonade, it was sour with no Blueberry or lavender. Clear colored. Asked them to remake and was just as bad as the first time. The picture on the app was absolutely not the same color as what we received

I LOVE this sonics mermaid water! (Rt44 water add real strawberry, real lemon raspberry and peach syrup) they make it the best and I get one at least twice a week.

1 Star – Consistently Awful Experience

I’ve given Sonic more than enough chances—four separate visits at two different locations—and each time has been a disaster. Ridiculously long wait times, inaccurate orders, and zero accountability. I’ve had to double-check every item because they rarely get it right, and when they do finally bring the food out, it’s cold or missing something.

I even took the time to file a formal complaint, hoping management or corporate would at least acknowledge the issue, but I’ve received no response at all. Clearly, customer satisfaction isn’t a priority. I’m officially done with Sonic and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values their time or money.
