Can't stand Sonic anymore the food is never fresh definitely not worth the money the services is what's to be expected parking is just so so because you can't hardly get close to the sign and when you do, you can't read it. I might just sound like a complainer but I definitely don't suggest

On my way to work in the mornings, the best place to go for awesome service, and good food, is to see Freddy at the Douglas/West st Sonic!
I typically drive out of my way to another sonic but today I was closest to this one so gave it another shot. 9/10 times my SIMPLE breakfast burrito is made wrong which means I also pay for it being how I ordered it but I’m losing about $3 each time it’s wrong. And the answer isn’t to have me drive all the way back there for it to be made correctly, it’s a refund. Can’t seem to get it right even after multiple surveys and the phones are busy so can’t call either.

I actually had 2 stops at 2 sonics that day! I use my Sonic App all the time for Happy Hour half price drinks and slushes all day long and great deals only on the app too. Heard an ad offering a promo code? Enter that in your app and schedule when you wanna pick up, now or even an hour from now. It's not a complete 5 on food because there's no option to add ice cream to a slush on the app. Sometimes ya gotta go human and push that red button ? that being said, it's always hot and fresh no matter which location near or far!

I have always had a good experience w/Sonic. Tonight was the first time I've tried to patronize a Sonic in Wichita. The chick taking the order was extremely rude, throughout the entire experience. She really does not need to deal with the public.I will NOT be going to a Sonic in Wichita again. I'll wait until I'm back home in AZ.

Horrible service! Waited for almost an hour for my food and my burger wasn't even in the bag. They said they'll bring out my burger and waited another 20 minutes. Should have to wait this long for fast food. Ridiculous!

Terrible food and waited 10 minutes and the cheeseburgers were cold and I ordered 1 special cheeseburger and it was wrong & cold. Took the top bun off and the cheese wasn't even melted that's how cold the burger was.
