9 times out of ten you hit the button and wait 5 to 10 minutes with no answer. Half the time that happens I just leave. Totally get that they might be short handed or busy but a "I'll be with you as soon as I can" goes a long way

Placed an order for a shake thru the app, assuming it’s a little bit quicker although a shake shouldn’t take long either way, it’s just one shake….. After pulling up to stall
9 letting them now I’ve arrived, i assumed it would come right out…. Boy was I wrong 10 minutes later for some reason I’m still waiting…. Not for a burger, not a chicken sandwich, not a combo meal, just ONE shake smh

the food was okay aside from the bread tag that was left on my sausage breakfast burrito. i pulled it off and had to tear away the tortilla that it touched as it left a little ink from the date stamped on it on my food.

Started with the wife wanting a shake and I was thinking more of a snack. Ended up splurging a bit and went with the meal once I saw my options. Very pleased with the hamburger and fries. The service was fast and exceptional being very attentive to my request and needs. Nice tip to add franks red hot sauce on the cheeseburger!

Parking: They have stalls and at even given time there is always an availability. No issues.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly experience for the whole family

So my issue is when you order an item right after they say is that it or is that all. They need to stop and let people order . It’s annoying. Plus music is too loud they can’t hear well , so turn the music down and maybe they will hear all of the order . Missed the onion rings. Annoyed customer

Doordashed Southwest loaded queso fries and strawberry cheesecake shake. No shredded cheese or southwest sauce on the fries and barely any queso. It was basically dried fries with tomato, onion and jalapenos. Shake was a melted mess.

I placed an order through DoorDash. Called the manager, he said, yes, we made a mistake.We didn't send the second bag. I asked him what kind of Corrective action is the manager taking to ensure this doesn't happen again and the manager hemhod and tried to put blame on someone else. I told him ultimately the manager is the one that is in charge in charge of making sure the orders go out correctly. He wanted to play the don't you ever make a mistake? Issue. I told him the manager should get with the person that had the order and do some counseling.To make sure they understand that they need to get the right order to the right people.Cold corporate, they're gonna do their thing. No more ordering from this sonic.This sonic has messed up my last three orders.
