Hard to complain about this place, I love Sonic. I also love to tip. But I dont carry cash, and it seems like barely any of the Screens function properly so I can never actually leave a tip. Its been this way for a while, you guys have to work on that.

Had to leave after about 20min of waiting for someone to take my order. I clicked the button for the second time after about 10-15 minutes, no answer. A car pulled up next to me 5 minutes after that and decided if they took their order before mine I would just leave and that’s exactly what happened :( They took their order not even two minutes after pulling up

Never once has this Sonic gotten an order of mine right. Whatever food we may end up actually receiving tastes great, just wish we could receive everything ordered though.

We had to repeat our order twice and it still was not put in we call and put it in the MANAGER hung up and was not trying to he understand and fix the situation she took out order and hung up because I could even finish my sentence they need way better staff.

This never happens!!! Came over at like 10:30pm with the hiccups for obvious reasons lol I was treated with respect and love. Food was fresh, good and got to me in a timelymanner. I must say I was truly taken care of, got offered a water asked if I needed extra sauce when my order was given to me and yes he had it on deck! I have to say this is the best food experience I ever had eating out. Not to be dramatic but the food was hot fresh and I felt cared for. Forgot to ask his name ticket says Marcus was the cashier not sure who the runner was! But the guy who brought it out was so sweet and caring

We used to go here often but the last few times, the food has been taking forever. If the app says the time it would be ready, expect another 15min, especially for food ordering.

I went to this location after a VERY LONG day at a family event, and because Wichita rolls its sidewalks up at 10PM and the quick dining choices are absolutely minimal, I opted for this place.
What a mistake! I went to a drive in station, punched the order button and after 5 minutes, decided there was something wrong with that station so I drove to another. Same thing, no answer. I noticed several other cars doing the same thing, so being a veteran foodservice manager, figured they were very short handed as I seen only 2 individuals working as 'car hops'.
So I waited about another 8-10 minutes for someone to answer the order board, ordered my food and waited a very long time about another 10 minutes to actually get my food.
When I commented to the car hop who brought the food out she stated they were short handed because kids they hire won't come to work, which is clearly the fault of the Manager/Owner of this site.
Upon checking my bag when I got back to my hotel, I noticed they didn't include any plasticware, napkins, ketchup, salt packet...only the mint.
This had been about a month ago, but the ordeal still resonates in my mind, again being a long time food service professional and wanted to make my experience known to others.
Ordered delivery from here and this is the the second time they missed multiple things from the order very disappointed

3rd time I've gotten home and opened my bag to have no cheese with my pretzel. Yall like eating cold salty dry pretzels? Its on the 1.99 menu but I was charged 2.49 and I got no cheese. Always having problems with this location

Sonic blast was more like a melted shake, with 5-10 M&M's on the bottom. Ended up in the garbage
