Food was horrible today! Hamburger was cooked hard and dry around the edges and the rest of the meat looked grey! Bread was soggy when we got home... which is about a 3-5 minute drive. Tots were just ok. Food did not come close to tasting fresh at all!! VERY disappointed!

February 17th at 9:20pm sonic had Terrible service, answered speaker and all I heard was cursing and then they never responded to me. There was nobody else in any order stall. I waited 7 mins before anyone responded.

I see that I am the second person to leave a review on 15 Feb- it’s 1132 pm- ordered a strawberry Sunday at 1109. When I arrived there were probably 7-9 ppl here and it wasn’t til five mins ago that I saw a single person deliver two orders. Upon pressing the button, and waiting six mins for response, I was told that the woman was the only person working and there is a lot of orders.How can the manager do this to anyone- on a closing shift!? Even if employees called in, didn’t show up or quit-why hasn’t another manager came in or any other employees? Cudos to the ladies dealing with the situation!It is sad that this location continues to receive negative feedback and nothing is done to improve the situation & the responses are just “thank you for your feedback” instead of “sorry for your experience , we are working to improve the atmosphere “ or something positive. Truly sounds as if it’s just whatever, And feels that way when you come here also.

Before i write this, let me say i regularly come to this location and they are normally a very good location, but whatever was going on tonight was awful. I ordered 1 small shake on the mobile app at 9:53pm and it took until 10:45 for me to finally get my order, after being told 3 different times that it was "the next order being sent out". It was not busy either, it is typically much more busy when I come here. I dont know why it was like this tonight but i really hope this is not a regular thing, especially when I barely got an apology after being ignored multiple times.

I wish I would’ve gotten the name of the employee who helped me. I ordered a French vanilla cold brew and requested it be a little sweeter. When she came out to give me my drink, she went a step farther and asked me to make sure I liked how she made it. It was amazing but what stood out more to me was that she took the extra time out of her day to make a connection with me. My daughter in the backseat even commented on how kind she was.

I simply do not like leaving negative reviews, this one does it. Went during the summer with my cousins during happy hour. We ordered limades and as soon as we arrived, we pressed that we’re here. It said “little man is on the way” we waited about 5 minutes, it should’ve arrived right? No, instead we waited another additional 15 minutes. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.. When we pressed the red button; we said we didn’t receive our order. Instead the man asked what our order was, and hung up. Super unprofessional. We waited nearly 30+ minutes for 3 drinks. If you do not enjoy your job, just quit instead of taking people money and us not receiving our drinks. This place runs slower than a snail does. Do not go to this place, unless you want to wait a super long time and not receive your order.
