First time at this Spangles, went through the drive-thru for lunch. Probably the fastest service I've ever had at a drive-thru - no chance the burger patties or fries were made to order, but it was still pretty fresh and we didn't mind. The workers were nice, though, and even gave us a pup cup for the dog.

Worst experience ever the morning manager Keena is very rude I ordered a steak egg and cheese on sourdough and I also orderer a sausage egg and cheese on sourdough but I receive a ham egg and cheese on sourdough I normally don't check my bag I just get it and go but something told me to check my bag and that's when I realized my order was wrong I went back to the register the morning manager Keena was standing at the register I explained to her that my order was wrong she told me she heard what I ordered from the young lady that was taking my order but there was no way that she could hear this when she was running to order outside now my thing is the sausage egg and cheese in the ham egg and cheese are the same price I'm thinking she's going to correct my order she just walks off so now I have a sandwich that I don't want if she won't take it back in exchange it for the correct order she's very rude and unprofessional they need to get rid of her cuz she'll make that store lose a lot of good customers

Don't eat at this spangles came in with a party of 4 looking to get lunch and was told we can't eat there because we had 2 backpacks I'm guessing from reading the reviews the owner is to scared to handle the problems so they can make a better profit instead of losing money by telling people they can't eat there just because of a backpack and the worse part was is the woman has the nerve to look at us and say I bet u guys stink u look like ur homeless.

Morning shift are rude hateful can't get orders right and autumn allowing drug deals go on and her and the cook were buying and the best spangles ever did was bring Elizabeth back to Broadway spangles she is very talented and intelligent woman who always puts her customers first if she puts her two weeks in I will no longer be back I spend almost $250 a week there I get off work and I wait for Elizabeth to be at work before I buy get rid of ur staff and keep Elizabeth and more people like her to work she is very talented person who doesn't get to the credit or pay she deserves
General manager is the rudest person I’ve ever meet while working doing DoorDash. I do DoorDash along side my regular job manger was rude saying DoorDash isn’t a real job and I know nothing about what work is. He tells me how he makes 58k as a general manager I laugh at it all and say well good for you. I have a regular job that I work along with door dash. Before working in a factory I did road construction and oilfield before that so trust me I know what hard work is. I was an assistant manager at sonic many years ago so this rude manager has no clue what work is. I could care less about his 58k a year I make way past that and always will. If he talks to his employees like that I truly feel sorry for them. And my opinion of the guy is that he is a bigger guy and that’s why he works fast food I mean by looking at him he definitely has mastered how to eat so learning to make food is probably a skill he needs to keep up with his full figure he has.

Tried one of there alcohol drinks. Not bad but don't plan to do a binder you'll need to drink a lot of 32 ounce drinks, go thirsty.
