I visited this location on a Sunday at 9am. I stood at the counter waiting to order for at least 10 minutes and not a single employee helped me. Three employees came up to the register, but seemed to ignore me. Ultimately, I left without being help and no one seemed to notice. Worst customer service! I ended up going across the street to McDonald’s where I was helped immediately and served the food directly to the table.

I have one of the sausage bowls and an OJ almost daily and it's always excellent!
$14.06 for this combo! I can go across the street to McDonald's for $10.77. The "Onion Bites" (they didn't have Onion Rings) were a joke. Very small portion. And a small drink? Go to Wendy's or McDonald's instead. You'll get a better deal!!!

The service was surprisingly good for a fast food style of restaurant. They were kind enough to bring the food to our table when it was ready. It was our first time eating at a Spangles so we had no idea what to expect and still found ourselves surprised. The medium drinks are huge. We were a family of 6 going (which contains three adults plus kiddos) and found a nice corner table to eat at. It wasn’t very busy for dinner on a Saturday evening. The portions were also good size. A little pricier than other fast food chains, but it is closer to sit down restaurant type of food (without the cost of them). We will definitely be back.
