Visiting from Florida and every time I make it out west I make sure to visit Spangles regularly during my stay. I've never been disappointed with anything I order. Can't say how much I love the garlic parm fries!! Had talked them up to my husband so much when I 1st tried them in April 2025 and this visit he said I had been right. They are delicious. Wish I could get that seasoning to have at home in Florida.

I went to this location for a #19 without cheese got home and found it loaded with cheese so I simply made a phone call to the location and asked for a refund NOT A OPPS CARD in the mail the person I spoke to got real jazzy with me after I told him I just wanted a refund that he could just put it in the mail he told me that Andover PD was there and that he would send it with them along with a wellness check up talk about out of line I really wish him and spangles the best and hope that God will bless them but I'll never go near that place again and to whomever you are you have my ADDRESS PULL UP

Our experience was great. We didn't dine in but next time we will. The food was ready pretty quick and hot. Tasted fresh and very flavorful. Sweet tea was really good. Loved the 50's vibe. Would definitely recommend.

The customer service is always amazing here, the food is very good as well.
Update two years later, this place has completely gone down hill. This is the only Spangles location I will never be returning to after they served me a burger with the bun absolutely soaked in black grease.
The manager and employees were so kind and sweet! The food was fresh and hot and the restaurant was clean. Probably the best experience I’ve had here so far!
