Came at 920 on Saturday night (8-24) ordered 2 all American meals was told could not do mudslide but offered to upsize fries in place of the ice cream, I explained I'd rather have the ice cream or upsize drink was told could not do that because only replacement for the mudslide was a upsize fry. Decided to try again tonight was told they don't have ice cream at this time of night. Very disappointed maybe you should take American meal deal off menu at night if can't sell ice cream because paying 19 dollars for 2 American meal deals and not being able to get what comes with it is not ok. Bad business and will not return

I took off work 15 minutes early because I saw Spangles closes at 10pm. It's a four minute drive so I get there at 9:49 and just as I pull up they turn off the lights to all the signs. I say "Hello?" to the speaker to no avail. What hell kind of place says they're open until 10pm and closes 10 minutes earlier? I wouldn't have wasted my time and gone to the Broadway location instead because maybe they are actually open at their posted times. I know y'all want to go home after a long day but damn it I worked in fast food and we ACCEPTED orders at two minutes until close and we were PAID MINIMUM WAGE to stay until every thing was clean AFTER CLOSE.
