I went the drive thru when I pulled up to tell them my order they told me to wait. Well I did for 5 minutes, and they never came back to take my order. I had a line of cars behind. So I just left.

The staff is not knowledgeable of their own menu items at this location. In addition the staff is extremely spiteful and in my opinion not personable. I ordered a cherry limeade and got an orange juice lemonade drink that was blended. I would just recommend going to the location on 21st instead of this location. The 21st location is always friendly and more prideful of their products.

Hands down one of the best burgers and fries around! This place has my favorite fries! Super crispy and you can add flavors to it. Garlic Parmesan is my favorite! I had their gyro/wrap and it was excellent!

Not impressed with this location. Burger was Luke Warm fries cold they didn't add bacon but charged me for it then bagged it up to go when I requested dine in.Update: I tried this location again because it's convenient to where I'm working. This time Everything was wonderful like I have come to expect from Spangles.
