A somewhat run-down and depressing Starbucks in a dying strip mall parking lot where the drive-through consumes the attention of the employees. The coffee and food were fine and the store was clean. The staff were professional. Nothing about this location positions coffee as any kind of aspirational beverage. The atmosphere is akin to a waiting room where you wait for lab test results.

Seth and his team run a very clean and efficient store. They are all wonderful and great at communicating with the customers in meaningful ways. Seth went above and beyond multiple times.

Ordered a lavender lemonade on the app. Picked up in drive through and it was just a plain lemonade. When asked the barista about it she said it came up lemonade. At which point I felt she should have asked if I wanted a lavender lemonade instead but didn't. I guess that would required her to do extra work. Ended up chucking the drink!
