I love ordering my morning iced carmel macchiato through their mobile ordering, and being able to come in, in alignment with the predicted time the app promises me, and pick up my order hassle free. Ive been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and years and I will continue frequenting Starbucks for their supreme consistency, reliability, and superior customer service.
I ordered an iced mocha with whip.It came out, and was leaking all over the place. I thought it could've just been from making it. Wiped it off and it kept coming out. Asked them for a different lid, they gave me a flat lid. Then continued to not help while I have all of it on my hands. Ask for another cup, still didn't help. And so I scooped off my whip cream and put on a flat lid. I'm more annoyed about the batista not offering any type of help with the mess of a drink she made.I went on Dec 8th, at 330P. She's the short blonde one.

Great service. Starbucks is expensive and the line is usually long, but they have awesome employees and great products. Cake pops for the kiddos and pup ? cups for the doggos are a must.
