I have been here about 7 or 8 times, our last visit was over the weekend. We went every morning before going to sports events. We had three different baristas and they were all great. Frankly, best lattes we've ever had from Starbucks. I gave service a four only because out of all the baristas we've had there was one that acted like she hated her job and fiercely disliked people, but that was during a visit about 8 months ago. Hopefully, she doesn't work there anymore and likes her job. All-in-all, we like this Starbucks. The last three baristas we had this last weekend were wonderful. They made the best hazelnut lattes we have ever purchased anywhere. we appreciate all who work there.

The staff here is glacial. I have been to starbucks literally all around the globe, and this is the slowest one. The employees spend more time taking to each other than working, and there is zero hustle. It is like watching someone walk underwater - this despite the 15 guests waiting on their drinks. Terrible, slow service.

I was there by 7:50pm and server (dark colored lady and bit on the heavier side) was making drinks for a family of 3 iced coffee drinks. So I didn’t mind waiting. After she said she had to head to the back but she would be back to help me. I didn’t mind but by the time she came back it was 7:53 and said “I’m sorry but I cannot make you any other drink other than teas and refreshers because we close in 7 mins.” First she denied my service and second refused to take my order since I was wanting a short hot white chocolate mocha. Like if I was there 2 mins before would she have made my drink? since the lady before me got her iced coffees? I didn’t bother arguing because there was no reason to, I’ll be sure contacting the manager and making a complaint. Very bad service. Like I understand they’re ready to go home but it stills not closing time AND no sign stated I cannot order a certain drink past a certain hour. AND I was the only one in line. I asked for something very simple. And she denied service.

Guess employees make up their own hours. Wouldn't make a drink because they close in 23 minutes. Told me it was closing in 10 min. They close at 8 not 745. Above and beyond service. This is why I never go to these places.

Stephen was so polite . He make the perfect drink i want and put alot of caramel as i asked for extra caramel. Hope i can give him more stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I go to this Starbucks often before and during work. This week has been a hard one as I tragically lost my cat Friday . I was running to hobby lobby to work on a memory project for my cat that passed away, I needed something to cheer me up and for me it’s always coffee. I stoped at this one across the street and left this little handwritten note on my cup “we ❤️u” There’s few things that have truly brought a smile to my face but to have some genuine kindness like this in a hard time like I’m having now really made my day. Thank you Starbucks team at 21st and Greenwich especially if you were working the mid day of the 5th. It’s the littlest things you’d never expect that truly make the biggest difference.

This Starbucks is usually pretty good but it stinks that I’ll never earn points toward my Starbucks account due to them not having the “proper scanner” every time I ask. Otherwise, the drinks are usually made correct

Every time I get a drink at the 21/Greenwich location it’s made right! When I try to go anywhere else it’s just not made right. Even my dogs get great service.? they love their cup pups?
