Placed a mobile order with the app on my lunch break but no one was working in the starbucks at that time. The lady at the dillions money center gave me a refund but my 50% off reward i used didn't come back on so I could use it if I wanted to place my order at another location instead. Idk how starbucks works inside grocery stores but should you be allowed to close mobile orders if there is no one there to work it?

They were amazing!! They got our order perfect and out quickly! My only problem is that they were understaffed and were running on a holiday with half the staff so they all were very tired and worn out!

My close to home bucks so I am incredibly partial to the one on West Central being the best in town!! Great staff!! Great coffee!!
1st of all, I have to start with the barista was dealing with a really irrational customer when I got there and the way that she handled it was so IMPRESSIVE. I honestly have never seen somebody be so kind to somebody so nasty before. 2nd of all, I had no idea what I wanted and I asked her to surprise me, and she made me probably the best coffee I've ever had. 11 out of 10 cannot recommend her/this location enough.
