1st of all, I have to start with the barista was dealing with a really irrational customer when I got there and the way that she handled it was so IMPRESSIVE. I honestly have never seen somebody be so kind to somebody so nasty before. 2nd of all, I had no idea what I wanted and I asked her to surprise me, and she made me probably the best coffee I've ever had. 11 out of 10 cannot recommend her/this location enough.
I was really disappointed in my dirty Chai latte, it just tasted like milk. My points were taken when I was trying to use a reward, she said she fixed it but we had to redo the transaction like 3 times and I never got my points back.

Kid-friendliness: They were out of chocolate milk so they MADE my son one
