The atmosphere is not very welcoming. Young teenagers acting like little kids.

The manager @ this location is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I’m not sure if she wants a promotion to GM or DM, but she definitely deserves it. It is very rare these days to find somebody that gives such good customer service and that understands the value of customer service as much as this gal’ does. She gets it! And she’s always working, anytime I come in, she’s doing something & not just standing around.

We love this Starbucks, always has the most friendly people. Fatima always has such a happy attitude whenever we come in, and she always says hello to me, even when she’s not the one taking my order!We were in a few weeks ago and the “Starbucks Lead” was working, not sure of her name but I think it started with a T, and we got awful vibes. The way she talked to her employee was atrocious. Spoke to her with an attitude and used hand gestures like she was talking to a toddler. And in front of a customer no less! I got this from a 5 minute interaction; I can only imagine how she treats all of the staff behind closed doors.I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I’ve worked for people like her and I hated it. Starbucks Lead T needs a reality check.

I didn’t catch their name (they were wearing a name tag but I’m not wearing my glasess!) anyways whoever was working the morning shift today around 10:20 am (2/1/24) was so sweet and helpful :) made my morning. Also, the coffee was great!

The coffee was good but the lady that was in charge over charged me for what I wanted. I ended up with an extra eggbites but I didn't want it. I wondered why my order was so much . She charged me for three in- stead of two. Too, she put what I wanted on my sister's cup and what she wanted was on mine. Then she got aggravated with the girl that was making the coffees that went with our egg bites.Really bad service. The manager on site was very lively and friendly though.

I've done mobile order from this Starbucks 3 times and it's been wrong every time. I double check my mobile order and it's correct on the app. This morning I ordered a Salted Caramel Sweet Cream Cold Brew. Almost no cold foam, only one pump caramel syrup. No vanilla syrup at all. I will drive the couple miles to the Central and Tyler store from now on.
