The manager @ this location is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I’m not sure if she wants a promotion to GM or DM, but she definitely deserves it. It is very rare these days to find somebody that gives such good customer service and that understands the value of customer service as much as this gal’ does. She gets it! And she’s always working, anytime I come in, she’s doing something & not just standing around.

We love this Starbucks, always has the most friendly people. Fatima always has such a happy attitude whenever we come in, and she always says hello to me, even when she’s not the one taking my order!We were in a few weeks ago and the “Starbucks Lead” was working, not sure of her name but I think it started with a T, and we got awful vibes. The way she talked to her employee was atrocious. Spoke to her with an attitude and used hand gestures like she was talking to a toddler....

I didn’t catch their name (they were wearing a name tag but I’m not wearing my glasess!) anyways whoever was working the morning shift today around 10:20 am (2/1/24) was so sweet and helpful :) made my morning. Also, the coffee was great!
