Walked in and got an Iced Chai Latte. It's the 1st time I had my name spelled right on my drink! I ordered and received my drink in about a minute. Autumn helped me and her co-workers!

I use to work in this area and always went to this location. I recently moved to this area and started going here again. I order my usual and it’s usually perfect. They must of hired some new people because the service was trash last time I went. The guy lied straight to my face when I asked him about the cold foam that I paid extra to be on my drink not be there. I decided whatever and left to go to the location on West street after tasting it and not being right. They even told me there was no cold foam on my drink. They made me a new one with out any hesitation and I appreciated that. This location is garbage!
