Usually a positive experience but this morning two out of three drinks weren't even close to being full and two of them had no sleeves. Was in a hurry or would've said something in store.

I get it if that you're about to close but if you don't want to work close to closing time or pass 8 then just close but don't take an order and do a half-fast job. I asked for a hot latte with 5 splendas and no splendas were added. My wife's beverage was mostly milk. I had to park to go inside to get a sleeve for my cup that was extremely hot but since I'm sure someone was in a hurry to close they forgot to put one. Once inside I was told they were close when clearly there was someone sitting there. All I was getting was a sleeve and my sugar that someone forgot to add. Very disappointed at this location.

This is my favorite Starbs in Wichita. I go sometimes on my lunch break for a quick pick me up and/or egg white bites. LOVE the staff here! Both inside and drive thru! Their staff really shines!

Jordan is the love of my life and he makes everything better and when I saw his working hear I just couldn't get a enough ?, Its now the only coffee shop I go to nowing that Jordan made my coffee turns me on.... With caffeine. I highly recommend this place for it's down right dirty coffee ?

I’m not familiar with the area so I placed an order on mobile and picked a place based on app recommendation thinking it’s the store I drove by sometimes before. Turned out it was not. The barista happily assisted me and made me the same drink only asking me to show the receipt. His act of kindness and understanding put me at ease. Thank you so much for making my day.
