Service and atmosphere are nice at this location. Iced latte was ok.

This is my favorite location, i go every morning and get the caramel ribbon crunch with almond milk and a birthday cake pop , the staff is always friendly smiling with very polite, manners, and conversation if i could give 10 stars I would they never get the order wrong. Just a wonderful place to start your day off ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The manger lied after being told they are no longer allowed to give complimentary water. At this location

Ordered an iced Venti mocha with almond milk. Then received a hot white mocha.

Staff is cheerful and polite, my orders have always been correct and delivered promptly. Inside is well organized, they produce orders in an organzied and timely fashion. Management seems to want to interact with customers, which is appreciated. The environment has always been clean and inviting. Would not hesitate to recommend!

One customer in the place, me. One person in the drive thru. A father and young son just walked in. I've been waiting for 10!minutes with no attempt to even make my order. ?

It's Saturday morning all three employees must be hung over.

This was such a disappointing experience today. The gal who took my order first ignored me and my 3 kids, then finally stood at the register telling me only “just a minute” so some other guy could log into the computer, and then signed some expiration date stickers before finally taking my order, and not greeting me in any other way. It was so bad I debated leaving but I had already promised my kids cake pops. 😣 terrible idea to stay. Kids got pops right away but I waited a good 10-15 min before I went up and had to ask for my drink. A gal who just came on shift saw the absolute pile-up of waiting drink stickers and couldn’t even find my drink until she found it over by the drive-through window, sweating and no longer any fresh foam left on top. Drink wasnt any good anymore. A total waste of time and money.

I like going to Starbucks at least once a week because I work remote however this location has so many flies that are flying around and landing on you. The floors are dirty and look like they haven’t been cleaned for days so it’s no wonder why they have so many flies. It’s a nice location so I hope management gets it figured out.

This is the only Starbucks location in Wichita that seems to consistently stay sold out of everything. You’d think they’d be better prepared and in stock like other stores.

Rebeckah refuses to make my drinks correctly after not getting the response she was hoping to get out of me after hitting on me time and time again, even after finding out I have a boyfriend. She seems to take offense to it? Passive aggressively acting as if she can’t hear my order every time I go through the drive thru. It’s made me stop coming to this location all together because of the awkward hostility she puts onto me, but whenever my boyfriend goes to get us drinks here, she makes sure to never make my drink in particular correctly.
