Staff is cheerful and polite, my orders have always been correct and delivered promptly. Inside is well organized, they produce orders in an organzied and timely fashion. Management seems to want to interact with customers, which is appreciated. The environment has always been clean and inviting. Would not hesitate to recommend!

One customer in the place, me. One person in the drive thru. A father and young son just walked in. I've been waiting for 10!minutes with no attempt to even make my order. ?

It's Saturday morning all three employees must be hung over.

This was such a disappointing experience today. The gal who took my order first ignored me and my 3 kids, then finally stood at the register telling me only “just a minute” so some other guy could log into the computer, and then signed some expiration date stickers before finally taking my order, and not greeting me in any other way. It was so bad I debated leaving but I had already promised my kids cake pops. 😣 terrible idea to stay. Kids got pops right away but I waited a good 10-15 min before I went up and had to ask for my drink. A gal who just came on shift saw the absolute pile-up of waiting drink stickers and couldn’t even find my drink until she found it over by the drive-through window, sweating and no longer any fresh foam left on top. Drink wasnt any good anymore. A total waste of time and money.

I like going to Starbucks at least once a week because I work remote however this location has so many flies that are flying around and landing on you. The floors are dirty and look like they haven’t been cleaned for days so it’s no wonder why they have so many flies. It’s a nice location so I hope management gets it figured out.

This is the only Starbucks location in Wichita that seems to consistently stay sold out of everything. You’d think they’d be better prepared and in stock like other stores.

Rebeckah refuses to make my drinks correctly after not getting the response she was hoping to get out of me after hitting on me time and time again, even after finding out I have a boyfriend. She seems to take offense to it? Passive aggressively acting as if she can’t hear my order every time I go through the drive thru. It’s made me stop coming to this location all together because of the awkward hostility she puts onto me, but whenever my boyfriend goes to get us drinks here, she makes sure to never make my drink in particular correctly.

Wish the bigger lady who was in drive thru today didn't attempt to flirt with my husband with me aka his wife right next to him? Like couldn't say hi to both of us at the bare minimum considering we go here together ALL the time?. This was a common issue from this location I noticed. Most the female presenting employees love to flirt with people, writing flirtatious things on cups (I once got a cup that said someone thought I was hot? It made me very uncomfortable when I looked up and saw a very thin woman staring into my soul for a good 5 minutes) & even talk about customers if they are single even when id sit inside. It's very annoying and unprofessional and uncomfortable. I wish they'd leave people alone and especially people's Husbands.Never had any complaints with any of the men working though, they are always respectful and nice! But for some reason a lot of the ladies are just... A bit stuck in a highschool wanna be romance phase.

This morning at 6 am I placed an online order and went through the Starbucks drive thru at New Market Square. There was no one in the drive thru, and I sat at the speaker for about 5 minutes, while no one answered. I pulled forward because the sign said to do so if I needed assistance. I went to the window and said I had an online pickup. The young lady then proceeded to lecture me on how I was REQUIRED to stop at the speaker before receiving assistance. Her tone was extremely rude, and she was very unprofessional. I proceeded to tell her she needed to be more respectful, and she never thought to apologize. This Starbucks location will not be receiving my business for a long while.
