Let me start by saying that the customer service is good. However, this is my second visit within the last two weeks and on each order it seems as if I’m being skimped. I ordered a Grande Peppermint Mocha and the cup didn’t feel full like it usually does. This has happened twice and I’m confused on being charged for the full amount without actually receiving the full amount. I got the same coffee for someone else and they noticed it too.

This is my number one place to study after my evening classes. This store is always great when I visit, super friendly staff, and I love their complementary tea refills. The baristas always go above and beyond asking if I need anything as well.

I have never been pulled forward at starbucks for a single cup of coffee. I understand being busy but I was the only car in the drive thru at that time. The woman was not friendly either. I always tip but not in this instance.

First of all, when I order a 20 ounce, the barista should not then ask “grande? Venti?” Like I have any clue what that is supposed to mean I want a 20 ounce coffee not a French lesson. Then I get my drink and all the coffee is on the bottom with no way to get at it. Maybe a straw? Now I have coffee all over my car seat from trying to mix this drink that should be mixed already? Starbucks sucks, you just tall venti granded yourself out of my life cuz I won’t be back trust me

Always receive great customer service from this location. Which is extremely important! My fave coffee drink is the (hot) white chocolate mocha, it’s great served cold also. You can’t go wrong, great flavor. Thanks to the barista who greeted me at the drive through this morning. I wish I caught your name but young man appreciate your kindness and service. For me this is the most elegant Starbucks in the area. Courteous staff and a very convenient location right off of the highway.
They just slap these Starbucks anywhere, don’t they?!?! It’s confusing to find, but worth the hassle of East Kellogg to manage making my way over here. Y’all saved my day and didn’t even know!

Just drove though drive though girl was soo sweet and patient with me being indecisive then drove up the guy was so nice talk to me about my tattoo asked me about work he was so nice great start to my day and the breakfast wrap to warm and good coffee was great best service and food ever thank you
