I went through the drive through and asked if my points were taken off for the added on syrups the girl didn’t even say anything shut the window took it to the guy that was making the drinks and threw it in the sink because they misheard me and thought I didn’t want the syrups but when I was waving to get their attention and they all just stared I will not be coming back to that location they also said they took my points and they didn’t

The coffee cake was so very dry. Not good at all. I truly don't get the hype. The coffee tasted burnt. It might be for you but I get better coffee at QT.

It’s pretty mind blowing to me that I always use mobile order ahead at this location and it always takes 30 minutes to receive my drink and I’ll watch all the 10+ cars in the drive-through leave before I ever get my drink. So I’m not sure what the point of ordering ahead is I guess I’ll stop doing it.

Awful! I placed a mobile order and they said they didn't have what was on there- fine. Then we wait in line 10 minutes as the barista just talked to someone in the drive thru. As soon as we pull up she has up pull forward "since our order wasn't ready" we then moved up and sat another 12 minutes. 6 cars got their order. We had enough time to eat all of our breakfast. they even walked out someone else's drinks! I went in and our drinks were just sitting there. I asked how long they have been there and a woman said "oh about 6 minutes". Im not for being a Karen but this wasn't acceptable. The smu

I went in to pick up an order, and while there was an order assembled and waiting on the counter, there was no name on it. I stood and waited to be able to confirm if it was my order, and I waited approximately 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging my existence. No one said they would be right with me, no one told me they would help me shortly, nothing of the sort. After about 10 minutes someone handed me a drink and assumed my name was something else. I told him that was not my name, when they finally clarified what I was there to pick up, they handed me the order that's been sitting in front of me for 10 minutes. Absolutely horrific customer service. I'm perfectly fine with waiting in a busy restaurant, I'm not perfectly fine with being ignored when all it takes is a brief acknowledgment that you'll be with me as soon as you can. Every single employee looked at me, knew I was standing there, did not bother to help me.
