Absolute worst customer service ever! Once I got to the window the lady just stared at me and didn’t even give me the total. I will now be going to Dutch bros instead or take the extra mile for 7 brew.

Absolute worst service I’ve had at a Starbucks. I get coffee at the Bucks every day. I am a devoted customer. I went to a his location because I was on the west side of town. I ordered a venti iced coffee. When I got to the window the girl working slid the door open handed me a coffee and just shut the door. I paid for a venti and they made me a grande. I had to wait a minute for her to notice me waving to get her attention. She opened the door very annoyed: I have old her I ordered a venti she just snatched the drink and shut the door. Took her about 4 minutes to remake my coffee. I was the only customer the lobby was empty and no o e else in the drive thru. When the coffee was finally done she just opened the door handed it over and shut the window: I have been a Starbucks customer since 2006 and have had consistent great service so this was really disappointing and I will not visit this particular location again

Asked for light ice and the lady wouldn't give me light ice and argued with me over it even tho at other locations never had that problem and I get the same drink everytime thanks for wasting my time over ice I just left I can get better service at the million other locations

Absolutely the best Starbucks in town! Not only have they become a favorite of mine but they even know my mom! Today I messed up and ordered the wrong drink and the Manager wouldn’t let me pay! They always take such great care of me!

The not so guilt free tips really make the mistakes memorable. $6.81 for a poorly made coffee plus tip.
Had a terrible experience today with a barista by the name of Tasha, with short pink hair. I asked if I can “please have my drink remade or refunded, because the cold foam was flat and there was no Carmel drizzle on top” Tasha cuts me off and gets aggressive, told me to hurry up and just tell her what I want to do. I told her I had to drop my daughter off at school first and then I’d be back to resolve the issue. Before leaving I tried handing the drink back, like normal I thought, and she told me “she couldn’t take MY trash” When I went back I explained to the other barista what had happened, Tasha cut her off jumped in Her way and slammed the window. Tasha then asks for what I paid with, I said “it’s the app..” she again gets aggressive and cuts me off and says “no I can see it right here you paid with a visa debit card. So no, no you didn’t”. I showed her the visa ON MY APP that I used and she apologizes sarcastically smiling huge and telling me how very different it is… and says she’s worked there for years and she knows what she’s doing. I told her thank you for the apology because it was a rude interaction. And she explained “she cut me off because she was taking someone else’s order over the headset at the same time.” Then proceeds to yell and lean out the drive through window that her managers name is Amanda and I can …”. I drove away at that point so I don’t know what else she was shouting. I doubt anything will come of this, since she was so bold screaming her manager AMANDA if I have a complaint. But it’s worth a shot.
