I meet here sometimes to sign paperwork for work. The people are nice and never make me feel awkward. Additionally, they have a large table that makes this impromptu meeting place work well.

I been to almost every Starbucks in Wichita,but the one located in the WSU is my favorite. I go almost every day to get my iced mocha coffee. They make it perfect and just how I like it. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Shoulda known goin to the on campus bucks, full of drizzle heads, they'd be out of Carmel drizzle for my hot Carmel Macchiata. But the cold latte was approved by the drizzle head in my passenger seat, and who knew whatever drizzle was dizzeled on my hot macchie was still delicious.
I always get my coffee from here and staffs are always so friendly and welcoming. However the guy today refused to fill my personal cup who didnt seem polite as i have to work night shift in hospital like to have my coffee cold for a while. Not happy today

Todd was great, I had gone through the drive and accidentally was given the wrong milk in my coffee, I popped back inside, hating to even mention anything, Todd said he read the ticket wrong, immediately fixed my drink, upped the size and apologized for the mistake and chatted with me while he promptly corrected my coffee. Also allowed me to keep the other coffee. Todd also invited me back after I mentioned moving near by. It was a wonderful experience! The other two employees working (I didn't catch names) were also very sweet! 10/10 Thank you for the delicious coffee! I NEEDED IT 🥴

I have been going to this Starbucks for the better part of 5 years now, and I this is my favorite location. The people here are and have been amazing, but in particular Ty. Ty is always so welcoming and friendly, they take special care to connect, even if the line is backed up. They will use those quick couple minutes to really make your morning shine. As wonderful as my experience with Ty is, it is definitely part of the culture at this location. Everyone is always so friendly! If I ask for recommendations, I have never been led astray. I think the people here are very in tune with their customers, which leads them to better serve their customers. I loved coming here as a student, and the atmosphere and service keep me coming back, even when there might be a more convenient location elsewhere. You can't go wrong with this location.

To Owner, please check out your coffee machines. I go to your location for the last 5 years and since the remodel coffee is so bland. Definitely something is wrong. I try many different times ordering hot white mocha and iced white chocolate mocha and it doesn’t have the coffee taste as it should. I would consider myself a frequent Starbucks customer
