To Owner, please check out your coffee machines. I go to your location for the last 5 years and since the remodel coffee is so bland. Definitely something is wrong. I try many different times ordering hot white mocha and iced white chocolate mocha and it doesn’t have the coffee taste as it should. I would consider myself a frequent Starbucks customer

Best Starbucks in my opinion, I always look forward to visiting here for breakfast when I’m in Wichita for work. They’re the only place that makes the sweet cream cold brew correctly, and the staff is always awesome. Shoutout in particular to their employee Ty, who’s extremely kind, thoughtful, and upbeat (also makes a great coffee). Definitely 5 stars.

First let me preface Im a 34 paralyzed person! It’s very difficult for me to go in the coffee without a handicap button. I feel overlooked as a person who uses a wheelchair. We’re not even a priority we’re people to who just don’t get seen or hear! Ps if you claim to be inclusive I think this would be a good first time

I like Starbucks. But I have noticed that it is not easily accessible for all people, including the handicap. There is no handicap button that automatically swings the front door open. For this Starbucks to be on campus, I am surprised that such a big chain doesn’t have a handicap button.

I have visited this location at (WSU) 4415 E 21st St N several times in the pass couple years and find that is not the most professional or shows favoritism. I find that if you enter the establishment to place an order you are overlooked - online/app orders and drive thru get the most attention it seems (as I had plenty of time to observe while waiting to be served) On Thursday, Sept 5, 2024 at apprx 8:10am, in the drive-thru, I placed an order for a "medicine ball tea" only to be told that they did not serve it anymore. I explained that just yesterday Wed. Sept 4, 2024 at approx 10:30am I was served one. I could hear conversation of confusion in the background and then someone explained that they no longer had the teas to make it anymore and rattled on some other substitution in which I was not interested in. This does explain why the tea I had the day before did not taste the same as in times past. I would have returned the tea but I had already arrived at work and had taken a sip. I wish I had been told the day before that it was no longer available rather than being deceived into thinking what I purchased was what I ordered. I could have saved money and time in returning the next day. So disappointed in this establishment and they didn't bother to make the wrong...right.
I sat in here to finish knitting a sweater. Music, atmosphere, and employees were great. The down sidewas that the coffee tasted burnt, which is sort of a standard for Starbuck's coffee.

By far my favorite Starbucks I've ever visited. My daughter started going to a daycare close by so I stop by at least once or twice a week for the past few months. The drive-thru workers are AMAZING. Even if I'm having a rough morning, they make me smile every time I go. Not only that, they are the fastest Starbucks I've also ever been to. Always appreciate them getting my chocolate cream cold brew perfect! :)

I have no idea what their name was, but I just had the sweetest interaction with one of the drive thru employees. They were so friendly. Usually I don’t go to Starbucks unless I’m grabbing something for friends, but I’ll definitely go back more often with attitudes like that. Made my day!
