While our drinks were being prepared, we "claimed" the only upholstered seats available at the opposite end of the baristas. No one told us our drinks were ready, so they sat on the counter cooling down. That was partly our fault, but we hadn't seen ea. other in 4+ yrs. Lots of chatting on our part.

This is the second time they give me my drink wrong and I tell them and they reluctantly change it, they do it out of racism, I'm Latina, my money is worth the same as the others and the cashier's annoyance is super bad, it's a shame about the place and they're at a university. .

The batistas are really sweet and make delicious drinks! My son also loves their cakepops and snowman cookies! Great place to catch breakfast or lunch on the go or kick back and study for awhile. Enjoy!!

The big Starbucks of WSU, right off of 21st Street North and on Braeburn Lane. One of the largest stand-alone locations in Wichita of the famous coffee chain, this place has quite a bite to enjoy. The outdoor patio area has many seating options with a wonderful view. Inside there is more space than a typical Starbucks that has a huge counter with a highly professional staff. With the ever rising prices of premium drinks, it’s nice to have a spot like this to make it more worth the high cost. I think the Shocker campus has a fantastic shop here and I highly suggest a visit to anyone in the area.

I'd like to say he was a racist but this kid was blacker than 12:01 with dread locks and a black bandana lol . 120lbs of punk kid, mangment pull him from the window have him wash dishes save ur business.

Great location for Wichita state and customers nearby! Super safe and inviting place! Love the outdoor seating area. The inside is nice and inviting. Love this location for the students on campus. As always, great service from Starbucks workers. Food. And fast and it was fresh. Drink came out as I wanted it. Will definitely come back and before a game on campus or just to meet up with friends. Love what wsu is doing to make their campus great.Parking: Plenty of parking in front and around the buildingKid-friendliness: Nice open space. My son and I ducked in here while my other son was playing baseball on campus. We stood for about 15 minutes waiting for a little, over-priced sandwich only to hear someone’s name called who came in about ten minutes after us. It was then that I realized why all the 17 yo boys working there had been laughing and making comments into their headsets for ten minutes. They were making fun of us for waiting on our food while it was sitting there. Now, I heard them holler “Connie” quite loudly but not our name. Very funny, guys.PS: want to make it clear I love specialty coffees and sandwiches and do not mind paying more money for this good in places like this. But Starbucks food has become smaller and more expensive than the competition snd with employees like that, never again.
