I have never been overly impressed by this Starbucks location over the years. They are often understaffed and never as efficient or professional as the standalone locations. I have become increasingly frustrated, though, as I have now had FIVE times I have gone to pickup my mobile order and they were not able to fulfill what I had ordered. This is because of poor and incorrect inventory management is allowing the app to think they have items they're actually out of. It is obviously a training issue and / or employees being lazy and not doing their job. As a mall employee, I frequent this location and am often on a time crunch on a break. I've expressed this concern and was simply told they can't control what other people are doing. Unless I'm on a break at the mall and desperate for a coffee fix, I'll take a few extra minutes to go to the Starbucks at Central and Rock or other nearby coffee shops. This location needs to step it up and rise to the quality of the other Starbucks locations in town.

I would have asked for an iced coffee if I would have known my coffee would be SCALDING HOT. Couldn’t drink or enjoy this coffee at all. Still waiting for it to cool down. Please watch your temps.

Absolutely best Starbucks in world hands down!! Tia and sammie were the two employees that were working and they went above and beyond. Tia (the barista) made such a beautiful drink but not as beautiful as her...Side note: Anyone know if she is single right now?

Came in this morning to get a drink, and one of the baristas who has purple hair was by herself (wasnt upset about that) and literally making small but long conversation with her friends who were also ordering drinks. Taking wild long… Bruh im still waiting here for my drink.
Super cool place to chill. They were so apologetic when the wind blew their door broken and the had to clear out the seating area until it could be repaired.
