Worst location in Wichita to have a Starbucks. Always feels like they need to move on the other side of the street next to the Chick Fil A where the parking lot is waaaaayyyy bigger. Drive thru can handle like 5 cars.
It’s good coffee and service don’t get me wrong, just whoever made the decision to put a drive thru heavy business model on a site with a drive thru size of ~5 cars will never make any sense to me 🙄

This Starbucks is clean and the baristas were very pleasant. I'm motivated to post this review only by the fact that some of the pictures accompanying this listing are for a different much larger location. This is a small Starbucks store that's mainly about the drive-through and not always the best place to meet people or get work done as there's only five tables. I appreciated the fact that it was warm while most coffee places are air-conditioned for the comfort of people behind the counter, meaning that they're usually uncomfortably cold for customoers.

Parking at this location is a bit scary due to cars coming and going in all directions in a small parking lot. I have met clients here and it’s a great centrally located establishment perfect for discussing business while enjoying delicious beverages!

Hey when 7 people are working behind the counter. Just Acknowledge when there's a customer standing there. I worked in the food industry for a very long time and I can tell you the fact that you don't even look up and say, hey I'll be with you in a second is ridiculous. Sense of urgency includes recognizing someone is there and speed of service. I have no problem waiting. But i dtood there for 5 minutes and nothing.
