Hey when 7 people are working behind the counter. Just Acknowledge when there's a customer standing there. I worked in the food industry for a very long time and I can tell you the fact that you don't even look up and say, hey I'll be with you in a second is ridiculous. Sense of urgency includes recognizing someone is there and speed of service. I have no problem waiting. But i dtood there for 5 minutes and nothing.

They suck at making drinks lol one person working and I ordered a frappe and it was like straight liquid and not really cold and I ordered through the drive through.
There was a problem with getting a refund for a double charge. However, Starbucks made this right with me. Resolved. Thank you!

I go to Starbucks all the time this location is by far the worst I don't know what the drive-thru girls name is but she's was a complete window licker..Couldn't get my vanilla sweet cream order right after four times then I wanted a lime crossbar to go with it she had no idea what I was talking about she obviously should go clean the bathroom and not be taking orders

I love this place it's a place that my friends and I meet once a week at. My favorite is one of the snack boxes they have that has different cheeses and crackers and fruit and one of my favorite drinks is the chai tea latte hot with the trente water Light Ice.

Drinks were not very good, and they kept getting the order wrong. Other than that they were very nice and respectful and I'm sure the reason for the drinks being the way they were was they were probably just really busy. So they are worth trying out.
