Wife got food poisoning from listeria likely in the macchiato.

Just went through the drive thru and it was the most impeccable service! From the first greeting to the goodbyes, the staff was so friendly and nice! Will definitely come back more often.

Always friendly. The people on the headset taking orders Crack me up with the way they greet and talk to people. They give my dog a pup cup every time. Have never had to question my order.

I make a mobile order at 9:16 am and I get to the store at 9:30. The mobile order stated that it would be done at 9:26. I go into the store to get my order and the lady at the front desk gives me a pissy look and says there’s 3 people in front of me and it’s going to be a minute. It’s been nearly 20-25 minutes since I ordered at this point. What is the point of mobile ordering if when you show up after the time it’s supposed to be done, it doesn’t get done? So I ended up just walking out cause I have to work. Plus the mobile app doesn’t let you refund and you have to do it in store, so 15 bucks down the damn drain.

Placed an order through DoorDash and needed a special request. They were super open and friendly. The nice lady on the phone was so helpful and made it a breeze. Thank you morning shift!!

The barista was pretty rude when she took my order, no hello just a what can I get you? I miss when Starbucks would make an effort to make customers feel welcomed.

This Starbucks is hands down the best one I’ve ever been to! They never fail me, my drinks are always made right, the staff is so friendly, and they make the experience feel personal every time I stop by. The consistency here is unmatched.

Harry & Rock Starbucks was banging this morning! Every staff member was friendly & working hard to bust out the orders. The staff handled a mix-up promptly & with positive attitudes! Highly recommend letting them mix you up a terrific drink!

Love the vibe of a friendly Starbucks, but this experience was really frustrating. I placed a mobile order that estimated 4–7 minutes. I arrived around minute 5, but watched as four different walk-in customers were prioritized ahead of me simply because they said they were in a hurry. One hadn’t even ordered yet — she walked in, told the barista she couldn’t wait because her daughter had a dress appointment, and her drink was made on the spot. Meanwhile, I patiently sat in the waiting area and watched my order repeatedly pushed aside.
I understand wanting to help customers, but it feels unfair to those of us who plan ahead and use the app as intended. If being in a rush means your order gets prioritized, what’s the point of ordering ahead?

My lavender latte was made with perfection adding my razzle dazzle of non-dairy cherry foam and dash of cinnamon on top! So grateful! Felt bad I dashed out without tasting the coffee and looking at the amazing art they left on my cup🥰🙏🏽🥹

Rude workers. Better off going to another location if you want to be treated with an ounce of respect. They don't get simple orders correct even when ordered straight off the menu without any changes.
