Coffee is not served hot. Requested for reg medium coffee. But it was total waste. Not even ready to reheat the coffee. Very bad.

Today I went and got Starbucks for me and my coworkers and I just wanted to say that it’s been a while since I’ve gotten a good customer service Gia did a great job at fixing order and had a great customer service !! She definitely cares about customers and she made my day !! She deserves a raise !!

Really awkward barista there that came off kind of rude. She was also wearing a mask which I'm assuming means she was feeling sick. I understand people need to make a living but maybe in food service don't come to work if you're sick.

I was at harry and rock rd in wichita ks and I wasn't feeling the best that day but one of the employees ( long black hair and tattoos) came out of nowhere and gave me a high five and was talking to me as someone she knew it made me feel great just wanted to pass this along it don't take much to make someone's day keep it up

They need to add more flavoring to their products that is available to buy in the store, especially their iced coffee products.

People here are great. Phil's great and runs a clean tight store. It's always busy, the drive through is always full, but the baristas work really hard so no one has to wait. Depending on what you order is worth the higher prices. Black coffee=probably not worth it. Double Mocha Latte with the new Peppermint Chocolate cold foam=so freaking worth it.
Man the little Asian girl is rude as hell This girl is so racist and hatful Starbucks should fire before they get lawsuit because of her , coffee is terrible no sleeve all times poorly managed
