Be prepared to wait in line outside before entering for both take out and sit-down meals. They take all orders as they come and then you can sit or leave. Also small hrs of operation 11am till 2 (the earlier the better). I was able to order the burnt ends and brisket. I arrived at 12:30 and was able to order to go around 1:15. The food was worth the wait, especially at the price point. Not over priced and very well seasoned. I also had the mac and cheese which i was hesitant about, but it was good enough... maybe a bit too much cheese sauce (very creamy and thick). I will be back to try other options on my next visit.

This is the best BBQ and my favorite restaurant in Wichita. The brisket and cornbread pudding are a must but be sure to get there early enough because of the line.

Not only outright amazing food, but their hospitality and service was amazing!! We went for lunch for a teacher in-service day but unfortunately one of our fellow teachers got stuck at the school and arrived 15 minutes later. The FOH manager saw that and took it upon himself to get her a meal so that she didn’t have to wait in the long line and miss eating with us! Honestly one of the coolest and more hospitable things I’ve seen in any restaurant!
I had the burnt ends, and it was some of the best bbq I have ever had. The amazing food coupled with quick and friendly service made it a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
