“We ate here for the first time and we’ll definitely be coming back. The food was amazing, but what really made our experience special was our waitress, Cyanna. She was incredibly kind, funny, and patient with us and had us smiling and laughing the entire time. She checked in at just the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly made us feel welcome.
It’s rare to have service that makes the whole experience this enjoyable. Cyanna is exactly the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. “AVI staff is amazing at problem solving. Had arranged to take photos in Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview Wichita for kids winter formal only to have hotel say no a few hours prior and offer or accept no alternative solutions. Called AVI, where kids are having dinner, and they will figure out a way to make it work. Big difference in quality of service between two businesses in same building.“

“It had been years since I have been to Longhorn and I feel really sad about not going back sooner because from the service to the food and the prices for the value you get are outstanding! One of the many steaks our group ordered was overcooked and they made it right… ASAP!! and the waitress said keep the overdone steak and have it with eggs in the morning. That is the way this restaurant does business. The manager came back to make sure the replacement steak was as expected and it was indeed perfect. Thank you, Longhorn! Yeeeeehawwwwww!!“

“Was into this Outback this afternoon. I personally do a lot of cooking in my spare time, for decades. Princess S was our server. I ordered a blooming onion, a burger with fries, a side of potato soup and a DP. Server totally genuine and top notch professional. Asked burger to be medium rare, was fully on target. Potato soup was excellent. Only suggestion would be cooking the blooming onion a couple minutes less time, and let oil drain off longer before serving - but it was good. My friend had a chicken/shrimp pasta dish. The chicken breast was moist, it is rare to find chicken cooked at a restaurant that is not dry. It was great. 5-star from myself.“
