“It was a little hectic, and on waiting and communication on the staff was a little off. Once we got seated, though, the waiter was very nice and friendly. Very attentive and very helpful. The food was really, really good. The steaks were like cutting through butter and very flavorful. Super Amazing!The Lobster was a little to fishy tasting but wasn't too bad. The baked potato was really good and fresh and the brussel sprouts were Amazing as well!Got pictures but after we started eating. Overall, was pretry good experience and food was great! Would for sure go again and recommend to others. For as busy as they were they were really good on getting food out quick.“

“AVI staff is amazing at problem solving. Had arranged to take photos in Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview Wichita for kids winter formal only to have hotel say no a few hours prior and offer or accept no alternative solutions. Called AVI, where kids are having dinner, and they will figure out a way to make it work. Big difference in quality of service between two businesses in same building.“

“Was into this Outback this afternoon. I personally do a lot of cooking in my spare time, for decades. Princess S was our server. I ordered a blooming onion, a burger with fries, a side of potato soup and a DP. Server totally genuine and top notch professional. Asked burger to be medium rare, was fully on target. Potato soup was excellent. Only suggestion would be cooking the blooming onion a couple minutes less time, and let oil drain off longer before serving - but it was good. My friend had a chicken/shrimp pasta dish. The chicken breast was moist, it is rare to find chicken cooked at a restaurant that is not dry. It was great. 5-star from myself.“

“The positive points are the following: 1. The wait staff have great personalities. Our waitress had a awesome personality. She went above her service for making sure that we had everything. The place was very busy and the waitress explained that to us. We were a party of 8 people. So, she was repeating coming back and forth to our big table. 2. The appetizers are fantastic and yes, worth the prices for them. We started out the big jalapeno poppers with shrimp inside them. Plus Onion fries as well. The taste was so good with that coating on the outside of each one of them. He order 12 of them for all of us. As we were finishing up with them. One of the managers brought out to our big table. Another round of 12 Jalapeño poppers. Plus a big size plate of onion fries as well. 3. We order all variations of steaks. We all had salads except for two people. Our steaks were fantastic cook to the way we all like them. Everyone had to ask for a box. In order to take food home because that's how much you get. We all got full from the appetizers and our salads. that we were able to see a little bit of our steaks and potatoes. But we had to take a lot home. That will tell you how big the portions are at Saltgrass.The quality is so delicious you don't need steak sauce to put on top of it. 4. The staff make sure that you do get your money worth from dining there. The negative points are the following: 1. It was a Friday night. 2. We we're a group of eight people. 3. We got there at 6pm. The hostess said it would be an hour to an hour in a half, before we could be seated. So, no problem as we understand that from being a big party. Our problem started after an hour and a half. As the Hostess was seating other big groups who just walked in the door. I went up to the hostess station and asked what was going on? We got two different answers from two different hostesses. One hostess said it would be another 30 minutes until we could be seated. But we saw other big groups being seated ahead of us. Which didn't set well with us. Lucky one of the managers walked up to the hostess station. She heard what was going on and it didn't set well with her as well. Because the hostesses should be on the same page about seating groups. 4. We got they're at 6:00 p.m. and was not seated until 7:50. So, yes there is something wrong with that picture. We always goes there to eat and this is the first time we had a major problem. 5. Yes, I say problem because honestly there is no excuse for it whatsoever. Even being a party of eight versus a party of four. In closing we still stood there and waited. Our bill was over $375.00. We will continue to go back. But this one time experience was not a happy one for us.“

“We came to eat twice and the food was excellent once we got it. the waitress we had on both occasions was pretty rude, and would grab drinks and plates before we were done. didnt even bring us our bread after asking twice! other than that , the atmosphere is top notch, very clean and elegant for taking my lady to a nice night out. Just wish the service would've matched.“

“Great value and some of the best sushi in the city. When ordering a salad at other places, you get a bowl of lettuce and carrots with a few pieces of crab on top. Tokyo has a great offering on their salads, much much better. Highly recommended.“

“Had the best server/waitress/hostess (Kiki.) Food was excellent. From Tallahassee Florida. We recently got Connors Steakhouse and Seafood Grill supposedly upscale. Went twice and both times my prime rib and ribeye came out well done when ordered medium rare. Won't go back again. Even though the air conditioner was not working properly my experience at Hangar One was great. Probably won't ever be back in Wichita but would definently recommend to ANYONE I know that comes to Wichita.“
