We had seen this place for several months and finally stopped in. I ordered the Po Boy with Mac and cheese bites, cole slaw and the cinnamon cake bites. Everything was good, just not as good as I expected but that being said, I will be going again and trying other items on the menu because they have more options. The cinnamon cakes bites were delicious
First time visit and the food was solid. I tried the Nashville poboy and the chicken was seasoned well, but the bread is what will fill you up. I also got and order of wings, battered with the signature heat. This was delicious, it had the crunch, it was glazed to perfection. The sauce was sweet and spicy. It does creep up on you if you eat them back to back, lol. The Cajun onion strings are flavourful. As for the fries not the best, they are seasoned and don't hold temp very long.Overall the customer service was spot on for counter service, technical better than I have recieved at other counter restaurants. The guy at the counter made recommendations that hit the spot. Was patient as I looked through the menu. I will stick to the chicken fingers and wings and will be back for sure.

Tenders are good but they can’t seem to count to the right quantity. The traditional wings are worse than Pizza Hut quality. Fried items are soggy. Ranch tastes spoiled.

Awesome chicken fingers and fries! I tried the garlic parmesan fingers and rooster sauce. The fried pickles were a little disappointing. They were more greasy than crispy. Otherwise everything was amazing.

Chicken tastes regularly like bleach. I'm taste sensitive to sanitizer and can tell the prep area is not properly cleaned. Have almost always had missing items, especially sauce. Have heard employees being insulted in back. Have watched food sit while employees were more focused on flirting or playing on their phones. Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes looking at someone's back while they texted. We definitely didn't need another lackluster chicken place in town. Had high hopes after a solid opening but it quickly faded with recent visits. There is not only a lack of energy and personality now but the food lacks all quality.
Ate here last week. My order was really messed up in both accuracy and quality. I don't order out very often because I can't afford to so it sucks when I do get the opportunity and it's wrong. Tried to call them and ask for refund but employee just told me to wait till later and ask a manager... very unhelpful and is the reason I'm even leaving a review. Please train your employees on how to fix a simple mistake or empower them to resolve a simple refund without just saying to call back when a manager is available. Thanks

I was the second car in the drive and it took well over 15 minutes to get my food. I only ordered the strawberry salad and nothing else. It was okay. The first one I got a few months ago was way better. It's hard to justify spending 11 dollars on a salad. Probably not going back to try anything else.

Everything was great! The Rooster Sauce is probably my favorite thing about the meal lol. Everything was very well prepared and came out in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent and we're looking forward to going again!
