Ordered from here today and I was very disappointed. All sandwiches were requested with American cheese and they came with Swiss. The lettuce looks like its a couple weeks old and after calling the place to ask, the response I got was "okay, thank you" and then hung up on. It's a good thing they are closing.

Good food but they are ALWAYS out of something. I have eaten here a half dozen times and there is always something on my normal sandwich that they are out of, i.e. bread variety, vegetables, or condiments.

Haven't been back since the big guy gave me a Veggie Delite that was all bread. I was always very nice to him, but he complained every time I ordered the cheapest sandwich on the menu, so I've taken my business elsewhere.

I have been a regular customer at this specific Subway location for six years and I have never experienced such poor customer service as I did today, 3/6/2021 at 2 pm. The young man working was trying to be so helpful and I appreciate that. The young lady, however, was extremely rude and confrontational. I was with my husband and two twelve years old daughters. Her actions were shameful and unnecessary.

There is a woman who works here and has a terrible attitude towards customers. Yesterday, she was not wearing a mask, while serving others. She also does not replace her gloves after handling the register or other people's food.I will say, even though she got my order wrong (I didn't correct her because I didn't want to deal with her attitude), the sandwich still tasted good.I have contacted Subway about this store. Worst Google ratings in the whole city.

I visited this Subway location for the first time today and will not be coming back. Terrible customer service. There was only one employee working there and no other customers when I arrived. She said she would be with me in a minute, which was fine since I wanted to look over the menu. When she did come to take my order she was extremely rude and condescending. Would not look at me and spoke in a very rude tone, as if she were disgusted with the fact that I was there. I don't mind the slow service as much as the attitude. It was extremely unpleasant and unwarranted.

I ordered off the app and when i showed up my order was wrong. They wouldn't fix it or refund me. The food was cold when i arrived. Will not be going back. Wish it was like it used to be.

The sandwich I ordered was good, however I was the only person standing at the counter and both employees seemed very inconvenienced that I was there. It was a quick hand me the money and shoo out the door situation, which I felt was kind of rude and a little awkward for me. I've been coming to this particular Subway for a long time, but i'll be taking my business to a different location next time.

One staff member(a 30 something woman with tattoos) gives us bad service each time we come in. Each time she has a major attitude and doesn’t greet us either. Last two visits we have waited several minutes to appear from the back and when she does she appears to be upset having to put gloves on and come up front. The older guy that works there and a couple of the 20 something women always give good service.
