They got rid of the drive through: if I'm in a hurry before getting back to the office, I'm not going to waste my time. Why even have the drive through label on the big sign?

Terry was AWESOME!!!! Helped us with all 6 of our huge sandwiches! He was so soooo sweet and helpful the whole way through :) SOOOO glad i drive the extra mile to the hydraulic location and was able to meet such a professional and wonderful person! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! As for you terry "keep on keepin on" 😂

First off. I waited for 12 mins without anyone saying anything to me. I had to knock on the window before the boy paid attention.He came said are u Virginia. I said yes. He handed me my sandwich and I left. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and there is one and half slices of meat..I tried to call the store 2 times without any answer.I want my money back. This is the worst sandwich I have ever got. I went ahead and ate the pitiful sandwich cuz I've been at the hospital all day and was starving. So bread and lettuce it was. The boy was very slow. I am 1000% dissatisfied with this experience. I eat at subway alot and I've never waited so long or had this kind of experience.

My husband went to get dinner and bring it home. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. The chicken was not just cold but frozen in places. They didn't warm it at all before putting it on the sandwich nor did they even make sure it was completely
