First off. I waited for 12 mins without anyone saying anything to me. I had to knock on the window before the boy paid attention.He came said are u Virginia. I said yes. He handed me my sandwich and I left. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and there is one and half slices of meat..I tried to call the store 2 times without any answer.I want my money back. This is the worst sandwich I have ever got. I went ahead and ate the pitiful sandwich cuz I've been at the hospital all day and was starving. So bread and lettuce it was. The boy was very slow. I am 1000% dissatisfied with this experience. I eat at subway alot and I've never waited so long or had this kind of experience.

My husband went to get dinner and bring it home. I ordered the chicken teriyaki. The chicken was not just cold but frozen in places. They didn't warm it at all before putting it on the sandwich nor did they even make sure it was completely

Took them 40 minutes to make the 2 sandwichs we pre-ordered. Then we waited in our car for 10 minutes at the drive thru window with no response. Went inside and they didn't have our food ready still.Then told us they were out of the bread we wanted even though we saw some in the glass case. Extremely disappointed.

This is the best Subway in town. They've turned a mediocre chain restaurant into a secret gem mom and pop shop. Genuinely good people and quality customer service, the way it used to be when people loved what they do and strive to simply share their goodness with the rest of the world. Coming to this store is unlike any other subway I've ever been to and they're doing it right.

Terry was AWESOME!!!! Helped us with all 6 of our huge sandwiches! He was so soooo sweet and helpful the whole way through :) SOOOO glad i drive the extra mile to the hydraulic location and was able to meet such a professional and wonderful person! Absolutely terrible bad service and terrible drive thru never go back again
The young person making our sandwiches was excellent in every way. However the coworker with the blue hair overcharged me, left the poor young kid with like five orders backed up because he (blue haired guy) was getting off work at 7pm. He was rude and very much not a team player.

I stopped by there, around six pm, and McDolalds parking overfull. Not onecar at Subway. Employee came out, washed his hands five seconds, which is not how the hand washing institute says to do it. I turned down and went elsewhere. On the return trip, when I drove by there, McDonalds full, and not one Subway customer. Maybe that is the way it is suppose to be. Will not drive out of my way to go there ever again. Someone told me most of the Subway stores are now SCRUBWAY. I just refuse to educate these folks, as well as pay retail. They can go to work in a restaurant and get the education the parents and schools did not want to, or, just did not have the time.we will let society do it for us. THE SOCIETY SLAVES. The uneducated generation.

The website says this location is open until 9, we walked in at 6:55 and the lady said, "I'm sorry, we are about to close." We thought she meant we needed to get it to go so we told her, yes, it's to go, to which she replied, "No, we are about to close, so no sandwiches right now." We will never return to this location.
