My Husband ordered from this location today. They're so lazy there, they can't take the time to actually make the Italian herb and cheese bread. Instead, they say "oh we're out of that bread". This was also a door dash order, so there was time between the order being received and actually being picked up.

I stood there for 10 minutes today after entering listening to a girl quite loudly cussing and complaining about coworkers and shift stuff in the back. Eventually I had to shout "hello" to get them to realize they had a customer.

Always friendly and great service. I stopped in last night and tried something different, the honey mustard bbq chicken. It was phenomenal! My go-to is usually Tuna, I know, but I can't help it, lol! Definitely a great location.

We ordered 2 sandwiches online and we waiting in the parking lot for like 10 minutes after arriving and went inside and there was no one else in the drive through or in store. They didn't Even start our order yet. We sat and waited for another 10 minutes and finally got our order. I asked the guy if I just grab 2 larges cause that's what i thought we got. He yelled at me saying we only laud for smalls. I Said I thought we ordered larges and went to check the app and he yelled again saying we got smalls. So we grabbed smalls and sat down to eat. My friend and I usually go to the central and ridge location and have good experiences but we were closer to the Meridian one this time. We both got the same sandwiches we usually do but this time it tasted so bad I couldn't even Finnish my sandwich. I had to throw it away cause my stomach was hurting. Haven't had anything else since and haven't been able to keep food down all day. I will not be returning.

Me and my son went for an early lunch the lady behind the counter was really friendly. I ordered a BLT..she asked me what kind of cheese I would like, I thought thats weird but chose American, after the mayo I saw her start to wrap it in the paper and didnt look like much was on there, I asked her if she put tomato on there by chance. Her demeanor changed immediately she went from smily to looking like she was annoyed because she had to undo it she opened it and I saw a few scrawny slices of bacon probably the already cooked kind that you heat in the microwave then she quickly put some small slices of tomatoes on there, there wasnt any lettuce, I wasnt going to have her go back again. The cashier didnt look very happy either but she was nice, I ordered a pretzel and a cookie sidekicks, I asked if the pretzel comes with cheese she said it usually has a cheese sauce I said Id like some please, the sandwich lady quickly said its thawing, why is cheese sauce frozen and why is she just now thawing it out. We got home my sandwich was so thin, it was good but not how I was hoping. My son loved his sandwich. The pretzel was good nice and soft and warm but had way too much salt, I had to brush a lot off. Ill go back sometime hopefully my sandwich will be thicker

DRIVE THRU MENU IS HALF WAY THERE AND BROKE. South walk in door locked during business hours, sign on the door says "unlocked during business hours" don't understand that at all. We got two footlongs with just drinks, and it was over 30 bucks! RIDICULOUS! service was okay. But the prices and the atmosphere is horrible. I could go right down to quicktrip and spend half of I what I spent here. It's not like it used to be and it shows bigtime.

Went to the meridian and 235 Wichita Kansas, subway at 4:03 pm on 4/14/24. I got the #99 and the #15 footlongs. There was not enough meat or cheese on these sandwiches. There was only 8 pieces of meat when there should have been 16, there was only 4 pieces of cheese when there should of been 8. I called back and the guy that was there refused to fix my sandwich. I have never had any issues at this location until now. I have been going there since they first opened. Now I have to find a different location. Very pissed off

There is usually only one person that works here that actually knows what they're doing. Everyone else is incompetent. Also with the new sandwiches like The Monster or the elite chicken bacon ranch they're supposed to come with double the cheese. This place put on a small amount of cheese and then when you ask for extra (basically the amount there should be) they charge you even more per slice.
