I ordered online for the deals they have but was in the building when I did so. I saw how they make the in person sandwiches vs mine. I asked for extra veggies and barely got the bare minimum vs the in person people getting hella veggies without having to ask for extra. Then they put hella sauce on my sandwich it was so soggy for what? I didn’t say extra sauce I wanted extra lettuce and got two slivers…

Way too overpriced sandwiches. You can go to a sit down restaurant and pay just about the same for a full meal and drinks for what subway charges. I recommend going elsewhere for value. Food is not that good to be charged That much.

I wondered recently why I don't eat at Subway anymore like I used to and today was my second trip in a week. Thinking that Subway has the better options for healthy food I thought I would give it a shot again.

After ordering I remembered why I stopped eating at Subway. It was $15 for a protein style salad which is basically the contents of a footlong in a bowl. I wouldn't doubt there isn't more than 8oz of chicken in this bowl. That $15 dollars was just for the salad, no drink or chips.

And now I remember that I used to tell myself when ordering before that I could have gone to Applebees for the same price and got a much better meal.

Avoid this location if you use coupons to get a fair price on a sandwich. I came here on 6/25/25 and ordered a sandwich that I often get, They made it, then when I got all the way to the register, I told them I was going to use a coupon, as I always do, and the cashier handed me a list of the only sandwiches they allow coupons to be used for now, and of course my sandwich wasn't on it. The sandwich was already made, but they would not let me have it at the coupon price because it was not listed on the little strip of paper they typed up. I asked if they could make an exception in this case because they didn't tell me beforehand about the sandwiches that they were too cheap and lazy to make at the coupon price, and the guy said no. I asked if they were just going to throw the sandwich away if I didn't pay the too-expensive regular price, and he said yes. So I left without the sandwich, they threw the sandwich away and got no money, and I went to a competing restaurant. I don't think it's right for a worldwide restaurant chain to send out coupons to people, but then when the people go into their restaurant to actually use the coupons, they bait and switch you by telling you that the coupon doesn't truly work. It's all fake just to get you to file into line at their store and pay money since you're already there. Subway's sandwiches are overpriced at their regular menu prices. The coupon that I tried to use does not mention that the sandwich I tried to get was outside of their rules. I had to go into the restaurant, stand in line, have the guy make the whole sandwich, and then get up to the register to pay just to find out they were lying with their coupon. Just ignore this Subway location and any other Subway location that pulls this bait and switch game. They know exactly what they are doing. They hope that after you use up so much time driving out to their location, standing in line, and instructing the sandwich artist as to how you would like your food prepared, that you will just defeatedly accept the scam when you come to the register, and pay full price, when the only reason you chose their restaurant at all was because of the acceptable enough coupon price. Just skip Subway, and save yourself the trouble and awkwardness you'll feel in line around the other customers as you discover that they dont feel like validating their own coupons and instead just give your money to their competitors who advertise honesty.

Came through at 6 pm and they were out of every flavor of cookie and did not have the oven on or any intent to make more. I ordered a six pack of cookies and got none of the flavors in them because the staff apparently do not feel like following Subway policy and having cookies made at any point other than first thing in the morning.

My Husband ordered from this location today. They're so lazy there, they can't take the time to actually make the Italian herb and cheese bread. Instead, they say "oh we're out of that bread". This was also a door dash order, so there was time between the order being received and actually being picked up.

They need to get a louder door ding thingy for when you enter the store. I stood there for 10 minutes today after entering listening to a girl quite loudly cussing and complaining about coworkers and shift stuff in the back. Eventually I had to shout "hello" to get them to realize they had a customer.

Always friendly and great service. I stopped in last night and tried something different, the honey mustard bbq chicken. It was phenomenal! My go-to is usually Tuna, I know, but I can't help it, lol! Definitely a great location.

We ordered 2 sandwiches online and we waiting in the parking lot for like 10 minutes after arriving and went inside and there was no one else in the drive through or in store. They didn't Even start our order yet. We sat and waited for another 10 minutes and finally got our order. I asked the guy if I just grab 2 larges cause that's what i thought we got. He yelled at me saying we only laud for smalls. I Said I thought we ordered larges and went to check the app and he yelled again saying we got smalls. So we grabbed smalls and sat down to eat. My friend and I usually go to the central and ridge location and have good experiences but we were closer to the Meridian one this time. We both got the same sandwiches we usually do but this time it tasted so bad I couldn't even Finnish my sandwich. I had to throw it away cause my stomach was hurting. Haven't had anything else since and haven't been able to keep food down all day. I will not be returning.
