The only that’s good is the food or else I would give them zero stars. I went in and it wasn’t backed up at all, but the girl who took my order I could barely hear her at all. Neither of them would look at me or ask me what I wanted, horrible customer service. I’ve worked for subway and I know what the portions are supposed to be and how you’re supposed to put them on the sandwich! Just sloppy. Probably the worst location in the city service wise. The ones I worked at here were and are so much better, never coming back here again. Standards should be the same between all stores.

I got their #34 the spicy nacho steak and it gave me food poisoning!!!! Tried to get a refund and they told me I need the sandwich and the recipt like why would I keep the sandwich?? I ate most of it and threw the rest away when I started vomiting and sitting on the toilet for almost an hour and a half. I couldn't even keep water down all night!! Absolutely horrible I already called the food department and apparently I'm not the only one getting sick from this location. STAY AWAY!!!

It’s like any other subway normally the food is good but the last two times we’ve ordered on the app we’ve picked up our order and it’s been wrong and sense when did they stop toasting sandwiches that last three I’ve gotten they didn’t toast

They have put a metal shield over the meat at the glass counter so that you cannot see how much meat they are putting on your sandwich. Previously it was in full view and you could watch as they made the entire sandwich. Went there a few days ago and the sandwich was mostly bread and veggies. Won't be going back.

I went last night and it was a lady sitting eating with this guy. She got up to help me . It took her 20 minutes to finally finish the order. When she grabbed the bread I asked if it was hard. She only had two ftlong of Italian . She made my sandwich then couldn’t ring up my sandwich. 20 minutes later she said this coupon comes with a drink. It was the 9.99 footling meal. I said I know showing her the chips in front of her. Then she said ah I couldn’t find the button. That lady was in drugs because g time. And my sandwich was hard as heck. I’m never going back

I've been wanting to try the new Sidekicks. Menu states they are a participating restaurant, but for the last two days in trying to order using the app, I get an "Out of Stock" message, and then I'm redirected to the chip options. Tried yesterday at about 3pm, and again today at around 5:30 pm. Either the Sidekicks are that popular that the store runs out, or whoever does the ordering (The Churros are made by Cinnabon and the pretzels are made by Auntie Anne's) sucks at it. Settling for a sandwich only yesterday, the #20, Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch was pretty good. Saved 20% using the app ($11.34 vs. $13.19 for the footlong).
