Saturday evening my 2 daughters 18 and 13 went to go get 5 sandwiches for our family. The girl working named Madison was awful and so disrespectful to my girls she treated them so badly. My 13 yr old was in tears. I will be contacting management.

Employee had a weird degenerate voice and was giving very passive aggressive feedback off of something I should do next time and when I had stated something important about a particular add-on to my, they demanded not to hear a backstory and just told me to tell them what I wanted Then again I moved from Douglas County so not everyone in Wichita is as civil as I believe they are

My Niece and My Nephew were very near starvation and we were headed to get pizza.. On our way we passed the Subway on Central and Ridge, Wichita, and I figured a sub-sandwich was a better alternative! I am glad I made this decision! Our experience was so nice! As difficult as I made it on the workers with “special” instructions, they were most kind and most amazing! Thank You for having great service and the food was so yummy, too!

I usually don’t leave reviews at all, let alone a bad ones but this is just ridiculous. I ordered a foot long flat bread sub through the drive through and paid 13.20 in cash. When I got home I opened my bag and they gave me a 6 inch sub instead even though I paid for a full one. But there is literally nothing I can do about it because I did not receive a receipt and I paid in cash. Maybe they ran out of flat bread and didn’t want to ask what else I wanted instead? I don’t know. I work in food service and always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I am a broke college student and this was my special treat for the month so it makes me really sad.
I have eaten at subway for years. My son even worked there for a while. Always live the topping selection and dressings.

Hands down one of the worst subways in Wichita. I tried ordering something from this subway about a week ago and they were out of all of the breads. They also only had one worker on the shift when they were busy and she was behind on a lot of orders which wasn’t her fault. That is the only worker I’ve met that had good customer service and the only worker that got all the sandwiches out on time. If you’re looking to get a good subway sandwich DO NOT go to this subway, they have poor management and so much more.
Went through the drive through and the sandwich we needes was not listed, so we hit the intercom, but it was too much for the lady to take our order through the intercom so we spent the money somewhere else.

Everything I ordered made me sick and have the craps between paying 4.00 extra for double the meat on the sandwiches going wrong, to them half toasting the sandwiches making it just soggy and strange ... plain and simple if you don't watch the people they employ make the sandwiches your gonna get ripped off it's not gonna be right its now a gamble at their prices to order ahead online ... good luck subway people. Maybe make a deal that some one that can get a "cold cut combo twice a day" lol for a particular deal idk get it together...
