Food was cold sloppy and we said not heated and they heated all of them and put a topping one one that didn't go with the sandwich apparently I won't be going back to the 47th near Broadway again I hope they shut it down

Manager was short staffed, very short n snippy with customers. My bread was hard and she put so much oil on the sandwich... I threw out my window! Then I called to speak to her and a male told me he couldn't say whether she was there or not... If I'm in Wichita ever again, I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. RUDE MANAGER AND SORRY SERVICE! EXPECT BETTER SERVICE AND QUALITY OF FOOD....

Yeah they don't allow make your own sandwiches and they don't put barely any food on your sandwich plus you pay full amount for only just the sandwich so might aswell get the drink

47th and Broadway wichita ks....Do not go on Thursdays they have the slowest staff on that day. They have motivation to do anything. Ordered online got there at pick up time. 25 mins past pick up time I finally got my one sub. We all have jobs with customer services. But you can do better. A Busier store can have you out in 10 to 15 mins. Unacceptable

Employees at this location are always rude and unpleasant. Frequently they will complain to you about placing a curbside order, saying "you should get up and get it yourself" or that they "shouldn't have to come outside" even though I have only placed curbside orders when it has been clear and sunny. Food is frequently wrong or just bad. I'm not sure who handles corporate complaints for this area but when I tried to get ahold of someone to complain about employees and my food being wrong and portions being almost non-existent, they said it was my fault and refused to do anything to help.

I commonly order online and walk in and pick it up 15 to 20 minutes later. Never have to wait in line to get your sandwich made, etc. Always ready.

Wanted to utilize the BOGO footlongs, so we parked right outside, opened the app, and waited for it to be ready. Service was efficient and quick, wasn't more than a 15 min wait for two sammiches.As far as the food, REALLY good. New "freshly sliced" meat procedure is noticable and very welcome.Overall, food was great, service quick and efficient (forgot "no onions" request on my wife's sub, but no biggie). Highly recommend, worth the awkward procedure to use the promo, but I understand, it's just business. Fair enough to get the free sub and only have to provide email after downloading app, can easily be deleted after if so desired, but recommend keeping for future deals.

Parking: Parking lot of in need of an extreme makeover. Wicked pothole entering lot and actual lot is worn out. Whole shopping center needs to pitch in for repavement.

When I first got there they forgot my chips and when I tried to say something the girl turned around and went outside! I pulled to the front to get the rest of my order. I get home and this is how the salad was! Never chopped or diced or anything.. 30 dollars should have been with better service and food quality!
