Kathy was the worker and she was really sweet to us, there was a guy who was under the influence and keeped talking to me and my friends and she keeped telling us to tell her if he was bothering us and she walked with us outside to the car and she was so sweet!! She needs a raise she’s awesome!! Here’s a photo of us and the worker
give kathy a raise immediately. she protected us from this guy that was being creepy and whatever. she is so sweet and amazing, loaded our sandwiches so well we couldn’t finish the other half of our sandwiches, made us feel safe and overall a great person! we love kathy so much, she’s so great! she’s like a second grandma, such a good person.
First visit ever... was told would be a 30-minute wait when we walked in the door.... there was one customer there.... needless to say, we left
Had a small glitch in my order with the app and a coupon….a sweet young lady helped me named Raven - she is AWESOME!!
She fixed it, and was very kind and professional…I will continue to come to this location for my subs because she is great!!!

Long haired guy working tonight refused to make my sandwich how I wanted despite it not being any extra meat. He also refused to take the coupon that I was mailed a week ago. This is the only subway that I’ve had either of these issues with and I am a regular customer.
He was unprofessional, rude, and did not seem to care about the customer at all.

Not sure how Subway stays in business. You must order through the touch screen and you can’t see them make your sandwich anymore. So I couldn’t tell you exactly why my sandwich was so sad. I got it toasted, but the bread was still soft. The amount of meat you get is laughable. I guess that’s not a bad thing when the chicken I got was oily and slimy. Oh, and you gotta love the prompts to tip your “sandwich artist”.

We came in on Sunday afternoon on 12/26/24 at around 2:20pm. It was our first time using the kiosk and the footling pretzel was on the menu but every time we went to click on it to order it would restart the kiosk and we'd after to start over. We did this twice and told the employee working that it wasn't working and could we order directly from her and she just didn't act very friendly about it. She said she would but didn't apologize for the issue and acted as if it should have been unnecessary to ask her. She walked away and didn't ask if I wanted a receipt and threw it away. She went back to her coworker with an annoyed expression about having to ring us up. I expect to have better customer service. It makes me not want to choose subway next time I want a sandwich.
I swear everytime I go in there, they are out of at least one item. They need to prep better. And some of the employees just don't seem to have any motivation to work. Also lately I've been getting less and less on my subs when ordering online

This is the best subway I've eaten at and I've been to alot of locations. They are kind and patient. They made sure the sandwich was the way I wanted it. Try it out!

Went in today at 2:30 p.m. 2 people already eating and when I ordered 4 dippers and a footling cookie this red head girl with nose piercings immediately had an attitude, slamming the walk in cooler door the flat bread cooler door and that's when I asked if your mad I can go somewhere else. She yelled at me saying No if I was mad I would tell you. Enough attitude I left. That's customer relations in this day and age.

Atmosphere and service were terrible. 2 people were working who barely spoke to me about my order, walked around like grumpy zombies and appeared to genuinely hate their jobs. We were sitting at our table and could hear the workers bad mouthing customers and dropped the F-bomb several times. Won’t be going back.

Rang me up without asking what side I wanted and acted like it was the hardest thing ever to make a basic turkey sandwich. They literally haven't had customers all day and were talking about it with coworkers but they can't actually work. Whatever I just wanted a damn cookie.
Out of bread how?! Are the subways in this area owned/operated by the same person? This is the second time I went for subway and they were out of bread. And the refund takes 5 days?
