This used to be my go to Subway (E Central). On multiple occasions now I’ve ordered online, got there in time, the store isn’t busy, but they haven’t even started the order yet. Because I didn’t tip for them simply doing what they’re already paid to do? Why bother ordering online??

I visited the Subway on East Central in Wichita,Ks. There was a young man named Quay who was undoubtedly on of the best Subway employees I’ve encountered. He was upbeat, friendly and appeared to like his job.

Slowest subway I have ever been to. I ordered online 20 minutes before I showed up and had to wait for 20 minutes. They were not busy and the second employee there would not help the girl making orders. Thank goodness I had no where to be because I had to sit for so long.

The cashier I don't know her name but she was super friendly great hospitality I would love to find more places that have people like her you can't find that everywhere!!
I went in and got some subs for lunch and I just have to say I was so impressed with the guy that made my food. I missed getting his name, but he was a slim black guy with a friendly attitude and warm smile. He greeted me when I walked in the door and made my whole experience above par. He will be the reason we pick Subway instead of Spangles or any other restaurant around that area.The only thing I was irritated with was there has to be something wrong with the salt and pepper combo shaker because my subs were made the same and both are so salty you can barely eat them. I had to rinse off the vegetables close to the opening edge of the sandwich because it's so salty it's almost not edible, but THAT WAS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT! I asked for mayo, extra oil and vinegar and salt & pepper, which I watched him put the S&P on and it looked like a normal amount. So i figure there is a problem with the shaker itself.
