Ordered online. They didn’t have our sandwiches ready when we arrived and they told us they only had one kind of bread. It’s 5pm on a Thursday and they haven’t made any more bread? The staff was rude and seemed irritated we had five sandwiches. There several people in the store that had been there since we arrived still waiting on their food too and they each only had one sandwich. They too were frustrated and communicated to us that things were taking a lot longer than they should. One staff member wiped her nose with the back of her gloved hand. I am bummed I spent my hard earned money here.

Ordered three sandwiches w/ Italian herbs and cheese bread. They all came on plain bread. 5 hours later, we're in the bathroom with nausea, cramps, and diarrhea. Meanwhile customer service is offering us a coupon for our 'next visit', as if we're ever going back there.
