I ordered the spicy chicken nacho sandwich. Apparently bbq sauce is used instead of cheese. Wierd combo.

Let's start with the 30-minute wait for a footlong sandwich and a chicken salad.
Sandwich was mid hardly any flavor yet the least of my worries. What really tickled my bean was that a simple rotisserie chicken salad was DRENCHED with MAYONNAISE yes, mayonnaise. Not ranch, as any normal person would prefer.
Two thumbs down Subway would not recommend to anybody. Every visit to the West Central location has consisted of a longer than 20-minute wait.
Do better. Will not be coming back. OH and let’s not mention how the cucumbers tasted of straight chemicals. Absolutely Diabolical.

Honestly the best subway in wichita! They made my sandwich so delicious and speedy! I’ll definitely be back.

This subway location is on another level.

Every time I come in here (I frequent subway ALOT. I am a hungry boi), I am greeted by whoever is working, and helped create whatever my tummy, heart and mind is craving at the time.

My usual is really anything with the schmeatBALLS, as they always got them hot ready and absolutely saucy at the west central location. Make that jawn double meat by throwing on some sliced pepperoni. Now we on some real Italiano bidniss…MMMM😋

Big shoutout to the manager Vanessa. She’s always got a smile on😀 I come in so often she remembers me by name !

I came into this subway and vanessa made my sandwich very quickly and got me in and out in less than five minutes on my 30 min lunch brake. The sandwich was amazing taste and quality were excellent.

I have gone here several times as this is the closest to my house living less than a mile away. And recently it's been poor service. I worked at subway for 3 years, and I know you are not suppose to run out of cookies 4 hours before you close. Anothoer time I was in the drive through and ordered a sandwich. They put so much mayo on my sandwich that it literaly oozed out of my sandwich.A third time I asked for sandwich toasted and it was barely warm. Just makes me sad.

Not very inviting when they ask you to buy something before you can use the restroom. I think not. Can't wait for me to use restroom first. I would love to see the stores policy. Restricting me from using facilities until I bought something is rediculas. I wonder what corporate will have to say about it.

Usually my favorite location but this time my online order wasn’t ready when I got there… that’s fine. He told me he didn’t have the Italian herbs bread…also fine. Made it pretty quickly then i opened it in my car to eat and it was a sloppy mess. I tried to eat it but ultimately just wasted my money. Almost like they intentionally put way too much sauce.

If you order online at this location, they have a way to take your money but make your order dissappear. I lost $20. Beware

I ordered on the app. My sandwich was supposed to be toasted, and it wasn't. I took 2 bites and realized it was wrong. I called the store, and they asked me to bring the sandwich back to be toasted, or they would remake one. I chose to go back and have them remake me one. They took my sandwich and began remaking my sandwich. I was never offered something else for the extra time or miles I had to put in for their mistake. Disappointed for sure, but they did fix it eventually.

i never usually have problems with this subway but today they just gave me all of the reasons not to come back. i ordered my sub online with Italian herbs and cheese toasted. they called and told me that they didn’t have the right bread and asked me if I wanted white. i said sure, just make sure it’s toasted. im now looking at my half assed sandwich, it’s not toasted, it’s soggy, and it’s lacking all of the ingredients i asked for in which I paid extra for as well. my mom called and the first thing that came out of the girls mouth was we had to bring the sandwich back to get a refund/sandwich remade when we’re both stuck at work and explained to her we would like to come after our shift. why do i have to deal with the consequences and starve at work because you messed up my sandwich. zero work etiquette.
