They were insanely busy with a big order placed before I got there. Then even more people got there after me. They worked extremely hard to get everything done properly and cleanly. Staff followed food safety protocol and washed hands often. They did a great job. Management should give these guys due praise!

This is the best Subway in Wichita. Everything always so fresh and the flavors fr be dancing on my tongue. My bread is never hard and my online order is always ready before I get there. They always have everything in stock. The staff is always very welcoming. Writing this as I'm eating subway right now 🤪

Every single time I have gone there to get a footlocker turkey sub it has always tasted fresh and made in a timely manner The one long haired fella is really thoughtful when making my sandwich And the manager is very nice making sure that all the orders are first in and first out so that I know my sandwich will be fresh

The teller behind the counter was having a difficult time putting in my order, food was still cold even after toasting, the entire time I ate the worker observed me as if I was on display. There are better subways but this one is fine if you're getting your food to go.

I will say I usually never complain. But it is very bad service to sit in your drivethru window for 15 to 20 mins before you technically close and be ignored. The young guy with long hair never even look or acknowledge us. I honked after he attended all the customers inside and nothing. I would not have been mad had he told us he was closing soon but we literally just sat there. I have no complaints on the food, but have never been treated like that. It was disappointing.
Wouldn't honor their own coupon, rude & cranky. I left the sandwich, they weren't upset-probably ate it themselves. Won't be back.

I waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes with one other person. Once I got to the window the cashier opened it, said “uhh” then closed it and I waited another 8 minutes in silence. Finally opens the window again and tells me my total. All the wait for my sandwich to have the incorrect bread and missing items.

Let's start with the 30-minute wait for a footlong sandwich and a chicken salad. Sandwich was mid hardly any flavor yet the least of my worries. What really tickled my bean was that a simple rotisserie chicken salad was DRENCHED with MAYONNAISE yes, mayonnaise. Not ranch, as any normal person would prefer. Two thumbs down Subway would not recommend to anybody. Every visit to the West Central location has consisted of a longer than 20-minute wait. Do better. Will not be coming back. OH and let’s not mention how the cucumbers tasted of straight chemicals. Absolutely Diabolical.
