Me and my wife purposely went out of our way to go to this subway on east kellogginside Walmart. As we entered the larger guy working saw us and immediately got an attitude, slammed his cookie sheet down and stood in front of us. No greeting or anything. As soon as I started to order he slammed the glass window open and groaned as he turned to start the sandwich. After that my wife and I left as we felt that our business was not welcome here.

So came in at 8:30 and the ONE employee behind the counter who could have cared less. He is nowhere near customer oriented. I have been in upper management for over 30 yrs and would have him nowhere near my business. Looking at previous reviews I totally understand why your rating is a 3.5.

The experience was horrible so I ask the employee during the night shift whats the address so I can order online from the app for contactless card service and he provided the wrong location so I went to the manager and advised him that the employee gave me the address was there anything we can do also the employee was very rude when I walked in the store and I was trying to tell the manager that and he decides to say well hold on I don’t really care about that issue I can only solve one at a time I cannot multitask I said I was as a manager you should be able to he then says I’m ignorant and refuse my service this was the worst experience in my life my two children started crying I was embarrassed and I will never go there and I will never recommend anyone there again
