So came in at 8:30 and the ONE employee behind the counter who could have cared less. He is nowhere near customer oriented. I have been in upper management for over 30 yrs and would have him nowhere near my business. Looking at previous reviews I totally understand why your rating is a 3.5.

The experience was horrible so I ask the employee during the night shift whats the address so I can order online from the app for contactless card service and he provided the wrong location so I went to the manager and advised him that the employee gave me the address was there anything we can do also the employee was very rude when I walked in the store and I was trying to tell the manager that and he decides to say well hold on I don’t really care about that issue I can only solve one at a time I cannot multitask I said I was as a manager you should be able to he then says I’m ignorant and refuse my service this was the worst experience in my life my two children started crying I was embarrassed and I will never go there and I will never recommend anyone there again

This is by far my favorite location, I love to stop in for a fresh sandwich while I shop, we need this place around so we can eat great food during this time of crisis thank you for your sacrifice.
Came in trying to order something waited for like 10 minutes and the whole place was completely empty, ended up walking out without even seeing an employee. Awful service

Gavin was very rude and when we said that we would like our money back placed our subs in the microwave. We had said to throw them away he said he no I won't. Then Walmart staff over heard what was happening asked him to throw them out and he put the bags in the trash and then we asked him to remove them from the bag and to unwrap them to make sure that they would not be used for someone else or to be taken home and eaten later. There are food safety rules in place for a reason. And thanks to Tim a Walmart supervisor for the help.

My steak slider might be awesome. But Subway needs more than one man behind the counter that is either new, exhausted, or doesn't give a sh!t, especially on a Sunday evening, military payday, in a city WITH a military air base. One guy in a busy store leads to my sandwich looking like it was dropped first, no cookies, and the lady before me and after me having the wrong toppings on their orders.
