Ordered a foot-long on my lunch break was supposed to have tomatoes did not come with tomatoes I called to let them know. Charles said “what do you want me to do?” I asked what could you do? he responded “give you tomato's” I said i’m on my lunch break could i come when i get off. he said “eat it without tomato’s and call next time you order ill make it right” i’m not mad i just feel their was a different way to go about this. Ive worked in the food industry for years and it’s not hard to be nice or acknowledge that you made a mistake.

Subway is always good I'm with my two sons they had this drive-thru beeping noise that was extremely annoying and would keep beeping really loud until the drive-thru order was fulfilled we went at a busy time so that buzzer noise went on and on and on the whole time we were there ordering and eating it was very annoying we ate as fast as we could to get out of there but the employees were really nice they did a good job making her food I just won't dine in there again they should do something about that beeping noise

Staff needs to slow down. No need to rush. Food quality is excellent. Keep the stations clean. I would rather have well prepared food and a clean restaurant than quick food that has scraps of peppers in it.Parking: Awkward entrance to the east side. Suggest closing it off for safety.
Just left this place around 40 mins ago. And let me say the worker was just rude, made my order and pulled up it was around 8:53. I just got out of work wanting to go pick up some dinner for my sick gf. Once I pulled up the worker opened up her window and rolled her eyes and said we only have two sides cups of sauce we can give you not three. I told her okay it was fine. Never had a problem until now. Paid, got my food and saw her laughing once I left. I didn’t think any of it until I got home and opened up my food . Sauce was spilled all over the bag. Will be calling up to make a complaint because it’s not right.

lady was very rude i’m not used to the new computer system so i don’t like doing it so i go inside expecting to watch my sandwhich be made. this location is not like that and when i went inside i was met with the online order tablet thing. i did the best i could . then got my recipe to pay and went to the counter i said i don’t understand it and how i wanted my sandwhich , said i wanted banana peppers and the rude lady gave me 4 individual peppers. will not be back.

Just pulled up to order some food for my Dad and the touchscreen was disgusting. So I pushed the button to see if I could order through the microphone and the young lady told me that I had to use a touch screen so I left. No one should be forced to touch something they don't want to especially if it's not going to be clean. This Subway has really went downhill!

Every time I come to this location .. they are always rude, which is why I rarely come. I have never received good customer service here or simply had an interaction with an employee here who was not extremely rude.
