Anthony is the person I have issue with. I ordered a double meat, double cheese steak and cheese sandwich. Along with another regular sandwich, which was fine I suppose. We went at 2:50 in the afternoon. We waited for fresh cookies as the ones we ordered were not cooked. The bread we chose was also not available so im not even sure why the order was confirmed instead of canceled. Any how, got home and my sandwich was not made right. No double meat. No extra cheese. The bread was burnt and hard as a rock. I called and spoke with Anthony and he had an instant attitude. I was told that I could not get a sandwich remade, or a refund as the one sandwich cost me around $18. I was told if I had an issue I could call his GM Shane on Monday. That doesn't get me an edible sandwich today. I'm angry, annoyed, and HUNGRY! Subway, regardless of the owner/proprietor/franchisee, it's still your name. I would appreciate a remedy to this. I worked for your company. We order from you twice a week. That's a lot of money I spend with you. Do the right thing and reach out to me to remedy this ASAP. Thank you.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I asked for wheat bread and it looked discolored. I asked for a different lettuce because the one on the line was reddish in color. No replacement. So I just ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it still tore my stomach up. Food outdated and they do not change their line to present fresh food. I went into a cold sweat and instant excruciating stomach pain after eating from here. BEWARE

4 people in the store and 3 workers. Waited 15 mins and didn’t even get helped. Customer service was atrocious. 2 dudes just hanging in the back doing who knows what. And no the drive through wasn’t busy.

Don't advertise a tuna sub of the day for $6.99 at $3 for a footlong when it's only a Friday special. You got a huge picture of a tuna sandwich there huge sign 699 I get to the register and it's like 17 bucks that's ridiculous
Did the drive thru. Staff very unprofessional and rude. Ordered a turkey ft.long. Was mainly bread.Had like 3 slices of turkey on it, 5 jalapeños, 3 black olives, 2green pepper,4onions about 10 shreds of lettuce. Lettuce tasted old. Worst sandwich I've ever gotten from a subway! Turned me totally against subway! Will NEVER waste my money at subway again!

Came here today, June 14th, about 11 AM. There was only one person working as I could tell and we were the only customers. As someone who works in customer service, I can tell you - this was not it. The worker was impatient, condescending, and just blatantly rude the whole time. I get we all have bad days but this crossed the line into bullshit territory. While eating here other customers came in and he was rude enough they left before ordering - which is honestly what I should have done.

Kiosk would not work and couldn’t find the sub I wanted. Hit the button for help and guy just hung up cause I couldn’t hear him. I asked to order at window then was told I needed to come inside. On my lunch break do not have time to sit and park. I waited in line 15 for nothing. Not my fault their kiosk is trash.
It was clean, the gentleman who just made my sandwich was very kind and very good at his job. I heard the worker having to deal with a NASTY customer in the drive through. You don't pay those people enough to deal with the entitled wichita trash they have to deal with every day, trust me. But you have a great employee, give him a pay increase! Thanks for the sandwich
