Would give zero stars if I could I got food poisoning from the tuna and they charged my for extra items then refused to refund the money manager was very rude even after her employee admitted to charging me

We ordered off the subway app. My husband wanted to eat his wrap at work for lunch he works second shift so they're closed by the time he has lunch. He opened it and they gave him a completely different order I had him take pictures of the wrap and I had the receipt and they weren't able to do anything cause he ate it. They where closed so is he supposed to skip lunch and save it for the next day? Extremely disappointed they weren't even busy either.

I'll preface this by saying I have never had a bad Subway dining experience before this Subway. That being said, don't use the drive through here. They completely take advantage of the fact that you're not coming in and probably don't have the time to come back to fix the order. Today my husband ordered a spicy Italian and all he got was bread meat and pepper. He specifically ordered provolone cheese on it. Generally it comes with at least lettuce as pictured on the website. When we came back to fix the order neither employees apologized, as a matter of fact they insisted that that's how the sandwich comes even though they left off the cheese and lettuce. It really wasn't the sandwich y'all, it was having to watch my husband who had a really hard day have to argue semantics over cheese on a sandwich. Please train your employees to better handle mistakes in the future or our money won't be the only money you lose.

First of all the sandwich that I wanted which was also advertised inside the store. I was told that they no longer make. The guy who made my sandwich acted lost and made a sloppy sandwich. Plus, their were flies everywhere. The lady behind me had to make the same guy change his gloves before he made her order!!?

Our office had a 6 week long trial therefore we had to pick up sandwiches everyday for 6 weeks. Bobby was always helpful and very accommodating. Our office is very pleased with the service from this gentlemen. Great experience!

Dine in unavailable due to being short staffed which also meant much longer wait times (roughly 25 minutes with about four or five cars ahead of me). Was also told they're out of eggs until Thursday (this was on Tuesday). Customer service was great and I have no complaints about the worker
